It's a great place to work out. There are plenty of equipment for all members to use and you don't have to wait that much.

The gym is well equipped and welcoming to all ages and abilities. The trainers are helpful and they are amazingly knowledgeable.

As a new member I am impressed with the range of WOW classes that are available for a seemingly large group of “more mature” members! I am enjoying these classes and find the staff of Énergie friendly and helpful.

I have had an excellent experience at Energie Wokingham, the staff have been friendly, encouraging and knowledgable. I have loved having the opportunity to try dance, pilates, tai chi and the resistance circuits with friends. I have found the online booking system easy and convenient. Looking forward to more! Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere to workout in. No one judges you & can always ask for help which is great if you have anxiety about gyms like I do. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I was recommended to Energy by a friend. I found the staff very welcoming and helpful. On one occasion, when I went to the gym for only the 2nd time, I couldn't find anyone to help me and wandered around for quite a while until I found someone. It was understandable in a way as it was Easter and several of the instructors were on holiday. Generally the equipment is easy to use once you get used to it.
The massage bed is wonderful.

I am new to this gym and in my second week and enjoying my workout s this gym is excellent it has every excises and weights for the serious workout s plenty of classes the staff are very helpful this gym suits me and nice to meet up with my friends

Great gym with the pendulum squat, nautilus machines. The staff is wonderful and helpful at all times.

I have lost 2.5lb this week. It must be due to all the exercise classes I am attending. The dance classes and the yard exercises are very good. I love the massage bed.

Everyone has been helpful and welcoming. I have only used a few of the machines and I would like to know more how other machines work. I've not managed to book in for any classes yet but hope to do so soon.

Recently joined e-Fitness and found the staff friendly and helpful. I am enjoying my new gym.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. A good variety of machines. The classes are great. Wish I had joined sooner!

When my previous gym closed its doors meant my friends and l had to look elsewhere. We looked at another gym before Energie fitness but after walking through the doors we were met by such lovely and enthusiastic people who have helped us to settle down and enjoy the benefits the gym. Never thought I would enjoy it so much.

The staff are all very kind, friendly and happy to answer any questions and demonstrate how the different machines work.

Very welcoming team. Good tour and induction session at the loins of joining. Place and equipments are kept cleaned and sanitised all the time. No judgemental look from anyone.
