Brilliant establishment that’s always very organized and clean. They have almost everything a gym could have and the staff are exceptionally helpful. I always enjoy my visits.

Limited…
Limited equipment in variety and qty. At peak times most of the equipment is in use so a planned workout is nearly impossible and that’s with restricted numbers . I tend to only go at off peak times now which can still be busy if you appreciate there is only one of each piece of equipment. No real
area for stretching and warming up especially if there is a class on in “the yard”. Drinks machine hasn’t been working for two weeks now with jugs of water replacing it. On the plus side economical and a good location and contract is monthly not a 12 month commitment like some, but it’s nothing niche or exciting in my opinion.

It is with regret to hear that you are not satisfied with the facilities provided in your club, as we do operate on a smaller, boutique level therefore when it is busy in the gym there can be wait times for certain machines. Furthermore, if you wish to highlight your queries to a member of staff then please do as our gyms staff are always open to suggestions on how they can make their gyms better.

Room for Improvement
Good:
Vibrant, modern and clean environment.
Friendly staff.
Reasonable price.
Membership flexibility.
HVAC system is really good.
Not So Good:
Cannot change type of membership online or on app.
Parking arrangements could be better, i.e. deal with Local Authority for free parking for gym members.
Water cooler - I only saw one; perhaps another one nearer the weights area would be beneficial, specially with social distancing restrictions.
Equipment needs improving:
* no pairs of kettlebells
* no adductor/abductor machines
* very few mirrors on gym floor itself (they all get taken over by the heavy weight lifters), which are important for ensuring correct technique / posture

Staff are friendly and helpful
Staff are friendly and helpful. I had some initial issues with access and booking for my son, otherwise equipment is in good nick, clean, I can get on it and park for free if I time it right. So basically I'm happy

Great gym
Great gym, so easy to get into as you walk straight into the gym, great for keeping motivated! Great amount of equipment and staff and other members are all so respectful of covid guidelines. Everyone is so friendly and you never feel like you're being judged by anyone in the gym which is a nice change from other gyms!
Really looking forward to the classes as they have got some great instructors! 😊

Fantastic Gym, Modern Equipment, Friendly Staff
Fantastic gym with modern up to date equipment. There's a spin studio which is also used for a variety of other classes such as zumba, yoga, pilates etc. There is also a Yard area with training lanes, well spaced out for circuit class or just to do you own thing. There are male and female changing rooms, with lockers, showers and for us girls, GHD hairdryers. There are plenty of antibac stations around the gym with wipes and non touch hand sanitisers. There's a lovely atmosphere and they have a wonderful team of staff who are friendly and very approachable, nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely enjoy working out here and would highly recommend it.
