I guess OK-but still a way to go
I guess OK, but extremely slow process to be a new customer. Tons of mails back and forth.
Access to the app is still not ok. Norwegian spoken customer service is not, they use translators.
I will let them try for some months but not convinced based on the startup. This must be faster in 2026

Very responsive, excellent customer service. The biggest plus is that English is spoken. Also very competitive energy rates.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. My January bill was €565 euros. 16cents per KW. Other companies has 10, 11, or 12 cents. They telling BS about some European energy crisis. And lie about next month 6 cent per kw. Only one pro is they speak English.

They speak English …
My first impression was that they spoke English and offered the contract also in English. I’ve still not received my first invoice, but the transition when without interruption. I had two phone conversations with a representative who was very helpful, courteous and forthcoming. Depending on the comparisons between my new and old providers I’ll make my decisions on convenience rather than actual costs.
