Nice and friendly staff on the phone and normal prices for your electricity.I was ripped off by Endesa many years charging 3x the amount.I do hope it all stays positif🙏

SAVINGS DO NOT LAST!
I signed on with Nordic in June 2025 in PA. The first full month I saw a price reduction of about $60. Then after a couple of months I started seeing a higher Nordic Energy Commodity charge on my bill. My current November 2025 bill with lower usage than November 2024 is 30% higher. I just canceled Nordic. I was very easy and their customer service did not push back.

Didn’t meet their own commitment to…
Didn’t meet their own commitment to install our meter. Then, when the meter was fitted, the installer ‘backdated’ the installation date by 5 days on the report (we presume to fraudulently aid their claim that they delivered within committed timelines) !
Customer communication and correspondence is poor.

Great customer service from Lorena re switching
Lorena was very helpful and patient answering all my questions about switching my energy supplier. She explained fully how the billing system works in Spain, something my previous supplier failed to do when I queried why I was always getting estimated bills.

Hopefully a reduced energy bill.
Initial contact was interesting so took up offer to send copy of my electric bill. Energy Nordic say can reduce by 20%. Also in future the bills will be easy to understand. Have decided to change. All the changes have been made by Nordic. Also have kept in touch with me which is good. I look forward to my next reduced bill! Thank you.
