Overall this was a very positive experience. I ordered two blinds during what was possibly a Black Friday deal, so a good price. I was aware that they needed to be made so wasn’t expecting them too soon. Initially I didn’t get a confirmation email and as this was my first time ordering from them I was a little concerned. However, I rang and spoke to a gentleman who said they sometimes have problems with emails to Hotmail addresses. He gave me the order number and resent the confirmation. I dropped half a star for this as feel it’s something that should be rectified. I haven’t ever not had email confirmation from anywhere else before.
That being said I was updated when the blinds were dispatched and they arrived within 7 working days from initial order. Both seem good quality roller blinds. Remaining half a star dropped here as received 4 brackets (as expected) but only 5 wall plugs and screws (needed 8). A quick email prompted a rapid response with the promise of more screws etc in the post. Customer service is very good but maybe whoever packaged the items needs to show a bit more diligence.

Roller blinds looks cheap and nasty, god knows why it took so long to make. Cord is actually been made to short, so to blind does not open or close fully. Contacted customer service and was greeted with a very rude man. Blind has gone in the bin. I shall go to a better company.

First time ordering from English blinds and what a great company they are.
The faux wood venetian blinds I ordered were exactly what I wanted and were well made. I have just ordered some more for another window because I was so pleased.

This is a absolutely horrendous company. They shout on you on the phone when you are asking why your items have not been delivered on the given date. You are given the option of getting the refund when you waste weeks waiting for a product that you paid for. I have never in my life experienced anything similar where a person spoke to me that way. The person I spoke to said he was the owner which made me laugh as I struggled to understand why would a business be run this way. This is an awful - awful place to get your products from!

Very well constructed and easy to install.
Have used English Blinds twice now, and will continue to order further blinds from them.

Received our requested samples promptly. Great range offered. Now have our new blind in situ and delighted with it.

Wood look blinds got 5 blinds from this company very happy and pleased with them good strong materials used would definatly order again and highly recomend .look great up very happy with them

Absolutely terrible, do not use!
Blinds look cheap and nasty, the service is atrocious - order was 11 days late, service team is unreachable by phone, won't call the courier to find out where my order was, promised call-backs that weren't given. Use Blinds Direct, they are much better quality and professional.

The Blinds fit perfectly and are operating well. Look great! The receptionist was extremely helpful when the delivery company were muddling us up with dates and times but she reassured us and took the worry out of it-a pleasure to be able to speak to a human being instead of a robot.Thankyou.

Blind delivered on time, well packaged, easy to install with good instruction.
