Very patient, friendly and helpful person answering my calls. Order arrived at the exact time stated. Excellent quality product, would happily recommend this company to anyone.I would absolutely use them again.

Lovely blinds. I was so pleased with my first purchase of a wooden blind, I decided to buy another for our kitchen. I made a mistake on this second order which was soon rectified after I emailed. The price difference was immediately refunded. I would recommend English Blinds for the quality of the blinds and also their customer service.

Sent a photograph of a blind similar to the existing one in our static caravan , job done, perfect fit!

From the ease of ordering my blinds on their website, making sure I was measuring correctly to their communication when my blinds were being shipped. The emails received regarding installation and the quality of the blinds received, this company is fabulous. The blinds are absolutely amazing and I will be ordering more from you. Thank you

Excellent quality and price, recommend English blinds

We ordered the blinds on the 11th August and received an email response stating that the order had been placed in their workshop schedule. They were to be hand-crafted and cut / assembled to the received measurements, following which there would be a final inspection before packaging and dispatch.

We received the blinds on the 17th August and found the quality to be excellent. Fitting them was very easy - both blinds were securely installed within a 30 minute period.

My wife is so pleased with the 'Wild Flowers, Poppy' design she chose as it looks amazing with the blinds in place.
I can fully recommend English Blinds for their excellent service and product..

Blinds are lovely but customer’s service awful . Put phone down on customer asking query . Never in my life have I experienced shocking behaviour .

Delivered a few days past the 5-7 day estimated delivery date, courier left it on the doorstep (an hour or so after the delivery window) and item was damaged -- per their refund terms, you're meant to sign/inspect packages and sign off the courier which would not have been possible.

The blind looks lovely, but has a huge crack in it doesn't raise/lower which is a bit of a problem for a blind. Overall not a great experience. I'd go elsewhere next time.

The delivery was much longer than the stated time at ordering. The blind is poor quality and has large gaps either side of the recess. I asked customer services in an email if they would like to see a photo of the poorly fitted blind. They have ignored me

It took over a week to receive the blind. The packaging was broken when delivered but all contents still in tact. The blind is frayed down each side and it's too long. The window is wider than it is tall but the length of the blind is the same as the width. It's a roller blind so I'll put up with it as its up now.

There is nothing to say, I placed the order and they delivered. This company did what I paid them to do, no more no less. A review is pointless unless then go the extra mile and give me something better than I ordered.

From ordering communication appropriate and accurate and delivery was as expected.
We ordered three blinds for our window and whilst we had an issue with one of the blinds as soon as this was queried it was dealt with promptly and a replacement blind sent , first class customer service.
The blinds are of a high quality and well made, matching with previous blinds ordered, good value for money. Very pleased and would recommend.

Delivery was a bit long, but the product is of good quality and cut to precise specifications I requested. Colour was lighter than displayed on the website. Install was easy and so far I'm happy with the purchase.

Lovely blind, delivery took about 1 week

Lovely, look good! Bit difficult to put up due to slipping on the wall. But we used no nails in the end to hold them up.

Found this company online & took a chance ordering from them as they had exactly what I wanted at a good price (a white wooden blind). The blind came about a week later & is gorgeous. Lovely quality & has totally transformed our bedroom space. So happy I’ve ordered another one for a further bedroom. Would highly recommend.

The blinds are a high quality product, made exactly to specification, promptly delivered in secure packaging and easy to install. I would highly recommend English Blinds and will certainly be ordering again in the future.
