Fabulous faux wooden blinds. I have purchased them 3 times from this company and never been disappointed once.

Purchased a bathroom blind over 6 weeks ago.
Firstly, the chain was too short and the blind could only be lowered half way. Contacted customer care who advised that they would send a replacement chain and that I should just unclip the safety catch and replace the chain myself. I checked this over and the catch does not unclip without snapping it, also the chain never arrived!
Contacted customer care to follow up on the replacement chain, was told numerous times it had been posted, yet it still hasn't arrived.
Tried to temporarily use it as a half blind to find that it doesn't roll up evenly and one side needs pulling tight each time, otherwise the blind sits wonky when raised.
Informed customer care who advised that I unravel the blind and put some masking tape on the bar at one side.
Also, the waterproof material is peeling away around the stitching on the lower part of the blind.
As I was fed up waiting for a chain and not happy with the quality of the blind, I requested a return for a full refund.
This was reluctantly accepted, however, I was told that as it is a gesture of good will, I would have to pay for the return postage!

Ordered a black wooden venetian blind and very pleased with it and the service. Ive had fitting problems with another blind from Blinds to go and choose this company, and everything fits perfectly.

The quality of the blinds is good but I ordered two both the same size and one came slightly bigger meaning it didn't fit well in the recess. The pull cord on both doesn't seem to work either, I did email for help but nobody came back to me.

I have nothing but praise for English Blinds.
They are a five star company that makes quality blinds and they were very supportive when things went wrong.

My only problem with them is the courier they use.
The first time they were delivered the blinds were broken, clearly from rough handling.

English Blinds immediately replaced them when I informed them of this.
But the courier left it propped up against the front door and it was stolen.

English Blinds replaced the blinds for a second time.
I instructed the courier to leave it with a neighbour but they left it outside nonetheless. Fortunately this time I arrived home before it was stolen.

English Blinds acted with honour and integrity throughout this frustrating process which was not their fault and I am very happy with my new blinds!

From placing an Order on line to receiving our blinds the process was faultless.
We asked if we could collect our blinds once manufactured as we were eager to fit them and we are local.
They agreed and our blind fitting journey began !
Absolutely perfect fit just as we had hoped.
The blinds are of top quality and we have no end of people asking where we got them as they were so large 2.45m long.
We didn’t hesitate to recommend English blinds as we will continue to do as they came up with the goods and more.
Thank you all you guys at English blinds for making me and the wife very happy and making the wife happy is not an easy job but you done it so thank you

The Faux wood blind is the exact size I asked for. It was very simple and easy to install. It has made the small bedroom look very modern and chic. I hope my 9 yr old granddaughter likes it as much as we do!!

I love these blinds and it’s my 5/6th blind of this type I have purchased with this company. Unfortunately whilst I love the blinds, 1 of the wooden slats on 1 of the blinds is significantly bent and it does draw my eye every time the blinds are down and closed .

Very easy to order as i had a window at 251cm nobody was able to make them they were very nice on the phone and had no issue with size.
I ordered in-between a bank holiday but the service was fast beautiful blinds will be buying more soon thankyou english blinds ..

Great choice of blinds .ordered a sample arrived super quick with instructions on how to measure.Easy to use website, Blinds arrived well packaged, with all the fixings needed. Great quality and look even better than expected, really happy with my new blind, and will definitely use this company again, only tiny negative took a little longer to arrive than stated, but definitely worth the wait.

Kept informed of progress being made and when it was ready to be delivered good value and good quality
