Used this company to hire two little guys for my “Wolf of Wall St” birthday party. Com’s were very good spoke directly with both acts.
Acts on the night were very funny and up for a laugh. Would use again.

Let us down on the day - the booking which was for a dwarf for a stag do was cancelled at 11am on the day of the stag which was very disappointing.. I would not recommend this company unfortunately

I would just like to start by saying that myself and tom were incredibly happy with the service we received. Tom and myself both had hen and stag parties and also used entertain-ment.co.uk for our wedding entertainment.

Tom found this company on the first page of google at the top they pretty much come up first on every search we did. We did get other quotes but found a-lot of the other companies for stag and hen entertainment such as strippers and dwarf hire to be sleezy and highly unprofessional who we wouldn't trust to deliver.

We checked them out on company house and found they are totally above board so this gave us an extra level of trust along with all the good reviews on other sites such as facebook.

We booked 2 strippers 1 male and 1 female both for different locations cardiff and Bournemouth. We also hired a dwarf entertainer he was the most amazing chap we have ever met so funny just destroyed tom on his stag night he got very drunk and had plenty of photos to look back on. He was pretty much handcuffed to the dwarf for the whole evening.

Our stripper ollie was such a star he made me feel worldly and fabulous i am a older lady so wasn't sure if this was the right choice and how my friends would think but it went down a storm.

Overall everything we booked went way above what we expected, the price was exceptional for what we received and i would 100% recommend this company for any event or entertainment you might have.

I firstly would like to explain how this company made my business Christmas party a total success. It started when i was looking for something new and exciting to wow my staff with. every year we do something new for the Christmas period and with covid having a total dampener on moods within the office it seemed only right to cheer everyone up.

I began searching for ideas online and came across an interesting blog post by entertain-ment they explained how they cater for such events over the xmas period and provided pictures from a fifa fa cup xmas do along with other large companies such as ours. They did a concert themed event consisting of small people actors ( dwarfs) who did a rock show for the guests on a stag along with all the props. I wasn't sure if this would be totally suitable down to the current climate with covid 19 and how social distancing would effect the show and environment .

I just decided to give them a quick call and the phone answered pretty quickly it was a well mannered gentleman who kindly answered and i explained my requests which he explained this would be totally fine as works Christmas parties are still aloud to take place under the covid 19 guidelines.

After 30 minutes of talking and discussing ideas of themes and things they could offer. He sent across some emails explaining the services in more detail along with a custom price quotation which was pretty good for all the options i wanted to go for.

I decided in the end to go for:

6 little people actors

4 little people to pose for photos

4 bunny girl hostesses waitresses

2 Team leaders

1 live singer

1 dj

All staff provided negative covid 19 test certs a day prior to he booking with made me feel assured that they were safe and everything would be a-lot easier on the day of out Christmas works party event.

So the Big day - It was pretty epic let's be fair. I was nervous at the start as i wanted to make a big impression on my staff. My staff are pretty much a team and need motivation and things to make them work together as a team. Covid had caused alot of separation between everyone.

So the party started at 6pm and finished for 1030pm.

entertain-ment provided a schedule for the guests to follow and for the staff to follow. there was literally one hick-up but this was down to a issue with sound which was quickly rectified by the dj on the night. He was very professional and also introduced the live singer who did around 3 sets of requests for my staff and guests.

The little entertainers were super cool they all dressed up in brilliant costumes authentic and highly funny.

Overall i am over the moon with the quality of service i received and the way the entertainment was arranged. I will be arranging some summer entertainment and actives for my staff and will certainly come back and use your company again.

Before I placed my booking order, I needed to know when I would break able to book for. if I place an order on that day would it be ok to have it the same day . My friends wanted it the same day of course. The person who answered my call kindly told me that they were able to offer the service in the afternoon on that day or the next day n the evening time. So I place an order and booked the service for that day. Excited for it to happen.

In the afternoon, I received an email from this person confirming that it was all set to go ahead. I also received another email telling me what time I was going to receive the service. The service were delivered very smoothly.

It was a real privilege to get such a lovely customer service.

this has been my preferred company for a good 10 years now. Just wanted to say I love to have the prices displayed on every item (though I get further discounts on many items). the items are always sent on perfect time.the service i received is very good also.

In my opinion, this company have the best combination of service, products and delivery, My local favourite and the site is really simple to use.

Also I bumped into the other day the manager of the main store, who seems to be sorting the main department in Brighton out. This is very encouraging. He’s a top bloke, always on hand with all issues. I hope he turns the new department in to what we already have at other store.

I would recommend giving them a call though if they dont reply online chat straight away. makes things alot faster.

They agreed to supply some entertainers for an event in Ibiza. We had agreed via an email which entertainers we required (we chose 6 for an event that needed 4 dancers to leave room for last minute changes due to covid19). They promised to reconfirm dancers 24 hours before and totally ghosted us. 5 hours before the event we get some random guy whatsapping us for the address with no idea of what the event entailed. Super unprofessional.

Not impressed. Booked an entertainer months in advance - were told he would be in touch 1 week before to confirm meeting location. 5 days before, still heard nothing so got in touch. 2 days later, still not heard back so rang and (to be fair) received a prompt email confirming location.

Less than 10 minutes before he was due, we receive a text cancelling. What's the point of booking with an agency if they can't get an alternative at short notice? If they were going to cancel, at least more than 5 minutes notice would have been appreciated so at least we could re-organise our evening.

Sure, they say they've refunded me - but bit hard to re-run a one night event they've ruined.

This is the third booking I have put in with home builders and the administration has been stunning without fail. Extraordinary costs, supportive staff and conveyance in the predefined time span. As a purchaser for an expansive development firm I know that it is so difficult to deal with various conveyances in the meantime so truly welcome all the exertion these folks go to in satisfying requests.

I surely won't mess about with the expansive chains of traders or stores any longer when these folks are so great.

I would really like how easy it is to book online. You can also call and sepak to the staff over the phone. Doesnt take long to get through.

I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Paid a deposit for a stripper, with an agreed price. 3 days before we depart for our stag do, we get told we owe and extra €50 to what was agreed due to the exchange rate.

I asked to confirm what date their exchange rate was taken and where it was taken from, but they have since ignored 2 email messages. They obviously tie you into this as you have paid your deposit. The show was also terrible, lasted 10 minutes if that.

They do not provide an address on there website, just a Cardiff telephone number.

I like the site navigation it works well and simple to use when online buying items.

Confirmed booking and took deposit but performer did not arrive on the night. No contact was made to myself, the event organiser. The telephone number provided gives you no direct contact to a member of staff, in fact, any of the 4 options provided each advise you to email for a response. I did, 4 times on the night, 1 an hour before the planned start of the booking.

I did receive an email the following day, which was an automated email advising me my deposit had been refunded. I did not receive any further contact in regards to the booking or any sort of apology.

I'd avoid them if I were you.

Irritated by the way my complaint has been handled. Paid for a performer to do 2 routines totalling 20 minutes but ended up with a half hearted 'routine' lasting 5. Very unhappy as cannot redo a hen do, was supposed to be in officer and a gentleman outfit but arrived in a tacky police officer uniform. Have tried to complain, sent video footage proving performance quality but as of yet have had 0 compensation.
