There is no team better in this destination - they are truly in the KNOW and turn a vacation into a true authentic experience!

Huge shout out to Entree Destinations Canada! They took a booking two weeks prior to departure, sent a proposal in 5 hours, set up all hotels (needed three rooms), transfers (including a float plane from Victoria to Vancouver), tours each day and provided the most beautiful welcome amenities for each room. Besides that- they were lovely to work with and just made everything so easy. The clients were SO happy- I can’t wait to work with them again!

Nancy was the key to my amazing experience. She was responsive, creative, went above and beyond to care for my clients and make me shine as a travel advisor. I wish Entree Destinations did the entire world!

From my very first interaction with BB, I knew I was in the most capable hands. Her customer service, willingness to help, calm cool and collected demeanor when hit with a change, was a breath of fresh air! Nothing surprised her and I believe she was my biggest advocate. Our trip with 42 guests, was flawless and has already become a fan favorite thanks to BB!!! You can tell she loves her job and I have made a new friend!!! Can't wait until next time!

From start to finish Entree Canada provided excellent, curated, personal, luxury service to my VIP client. Their customized proposals and quotes made selling Canada a breeze as a luxury agent. Their handling of logistics, itineraries, group coordination, relationship with the luxury resorts, and on the ground concierge services made my clients experience seamless. Excellent support before, during and after!

What a great experience using Entree Destinations from start to finish! Excellent communication and great customer service !

I booked an exclusive 10 day Western Canada experience for a blue chip corporate group through Entree Destinations Canada. My clients wanted luxury accommodation in Banff at the Fairmont Banff Springs, a 2-day experience on the Rocky Mountaineer, touring in Vancouver with an overnight stay there right in the midst of one of the city's busiest weeks (I think musical juggernauts - Coldplay or some other act were playing in the city but Entree still managed to secure my clients a 5-star stay at the Pan Pacific) a 3-night package with bear viewing at Sonora Resort on Vancouver Island. From the moment I sent off an email with my initial requirements, to the very end of the trip, Entree Destinations Canada and very specifically - the wonderful Beatrice Barton - (SENIOR GROUP SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER) were incredible to deal with.
Entree Canada and Beatrice did all the heavy lifting right through from logistics and the juggling of dining menus and rooms types, to managing client needs, on the ground. They arranged personal gifts for my clients to be made available to them on arrival in Calgary, they managed last minute changes and conducted all arrangements with such aplomb, and professionalism.
If you want hands-down, the finest Canada specialist in Canada, the answer is quite categorically - Entree Destinations Canada. There is simply no other Canada specialist to whom I would entrust future Canada travel arrangements. They are quite simply the best.

Fiona put together the most amazing jorney for my client. This is their first time in Canada and I suggested a rail journey. Their trip was not only to see the beauty of Canada, but to celebrate their son's birthday. Their vacation was an absolute success and I now want to take this same trip! Thank you for all of your efforts, keeping us all up to date and most of all helping my client make memories to last a lifetime!

Everything was prompt and there was follow up before, during and after the trip! The itinerary was perfect for the request!

The team at Entree was always available and very helpful. My clients had a couple of last minute big upsets that affected their trip and Entree was instrumental in helping to secure future credit for a property that typically has a no-refund policy.

Entree Alaska made it very easy to give my clients the trip they imagined. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to other advisors. My clients felt important and treated like VIPs which in turn made me look good as well. The clients were pleased with the hotels, tours, and the personal service. I could not ask for a better outcome or better service.
