Company takes your money same day but if you try and withdraw it that's 50-60 business days. 4-5 months.

Game play is terrible and not worth even looking into.

I have played this game since 2017, it is definitely a trap for the compulsive gambler and like any casino the house always wins. In the past 8 years I have never successfully managed a withdrawal. I have wasted hundreds probably thousands of dollars and never won. 10 days ago I decided to quite, sold my in game possessions and cashed out...well not exactly. You see first you have to have an international bank account, so I opened one, then I submitted a withdraw. Lets be clear. You can deposit from any bank in the United States or off your CC in less than 30 seconds. I have been waiting 8 days for then to send me ~200 USD Eight days...

They are thieves and this is simply part of the tactic they use to ensnare compulsive gamblers. They claim that in 2026 they have One person handling withdraws, and that if you recently made a deposit they must hold your payout because of charge-backs.

I haven't made a deposit in more than a year and in 2026 you can withdraw from any online casino after identity verification in less than 5 minutes.

This game is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Small streamer here deposited 500 euros , tried to withdraw 150 usd , they stating in their site that need 50 banking days, after 50 passed asked them where is my money, the reply they have questions about some transactions in octomber with two players, one gave me 100 peds(10 euros) a small knife and one more item i cant recall as a gift because they had just killed a mob and won big, i have all of these in my stream, one more player who watched my stream and was very old player in the game gave me a weapon so we can hunt together some mobs in an event way above my lvl, anyway i answered the question and to this day 65 plus banking days ahead, my withdraw is still at pending .... As a smalll streamer and a gamer, i try this game for multiple years. Deposit a lot and played a lot. and as soon as you accuse them of playing favorite, they ban you, taking all your effort and money away. even worsth than a casino, because hey are not regulate by any instance.

I started in 2018 and I love it and I hate it at the same time. I love it because of the variety of things you can do in the game and the choices that can be made. The community is also one of the things that is great, but much depends who you are and how you are, not everyone can become friends with anyone.

I like that MA hosts events and tries to balance the economy through out those needs. Since its important for players to find something interesting to do or to invest in. I understand that people would disagree to a point but my point is not about money since I'm reviewing the game experience. And to be even more clear about it u can't mention economy without saying what the game bases on which is RCE.

The graphics and gameplay is still a work in progress but if I had to say I'm impressed of how it looks compared to what is back when I started. I can't say the same for others games like wow or games alike where u can only do so much in ur class and then you're done. Then you have to buy dlcs for the expansion for the next big update.
At least entropia is free to play and download and you can still experience the game for how it is. If you want more or to continue you gotta pay. That's where us players differs alot since it matters alot of how much you are willing to spend.

I must say that I have had a blast in entropia it's so much fun it's irresistible it's a sci fi mmo game with a great community where you decide where to go and what to become and how far you want to go since you gotta pay for everything in the long run.

The game has alot of potential and I still believe in the game.

I hate the game for how it's being exploited and that cheat exist or things in similar like botting. I also hate that people can use tools that makes the game unfair to people that actually are at home playing the game.

In my opinion MA should care because alot of people left the game for these reasons and more also for the economy. The thing that people don't understand is that if the game gets exploited and rushed the way people want inorder to make money or get so to speak richer. well think again MA will punish that in other ways. But then everyone gets punished. Play the game fair and we won't have that problem... What happens to a stagnated economy you would ask all of the investments gets reduced in value or extremely hard to sell.

Another thing I hate with the game would be unexpected problems like loot problems here and there but that is nothing MA won't help with they have full support for that but I don't like em happening in the first place.

For the most part the game is fair you just have to be smart with your investment and actions that's about it. It matters how you play!!!

Otherwise go to the casino I wish you luck!!!

I played this game in the past and I have to say it is not worth wasting an entire weeks worth or months worth of pay checks just to play this mess, not to mentioned they have partnered with Valve aka Steam, you will waste more ammo trying to kill certain creatures that are many levels of hp higher than you are, not to mention this game has mild to coarse language that I would not expose my nieces to.

Don't start this game, it's not worth the time! You have to pay for everything (example ammo, healing etc.) as th game never gives you enough.. I removed it after a few days cuz it's just time wasting

I have been with Entropia Universe for years. I have requested one withdraw in that time. The policy says, "Up to 50 days.", it does not say, "Will hold 50 days." The reason for this policy is laundering money check. It was a petty amount of 250 dollars. They received my money thru a Bank of America debit card. Bank of America is a reputable bank, the method is reputable. I know for fact, no money is being laundered, and considering the petty amount and method of payment, there is no reason this should take 50 days. Since the first withdraw request, it's been over 50 days at this point. Their excuse has been, it's in some queue, and must be checked. Obviously 7 to 14 days, reasonable. 14-30 days, over 250 dollars I had put in a couple weeks before, the first request not reasonable. After years, I have seen people that play regular leave the game. They operate a bad business, their policy should be a worse case scenario, but it seems they hold all money fifty days, that is very unreasonable for petty amounts. Its inexcusable, and despite multiple attempts to nicely resolve the matter, the money still has not been returned. My recommendation, don't buy into their money making scheme, they are either shady in practice or are going broke because of exceptional loss of players due to bad management, policies and lack of good customer policy.

As for me, I will not deal with this company ever again. I do not believe I will receive the money at this point.

I strongly advise against using entropiauniverse.com. This site is nothing but a fraudulent money grab designed under game to take your money without delivering what it promises.

I just recently completed a withdrawal. I had to wait a long time, but in the end the company honored the expectations they set in their FAQ precisely. They've been around a long time and apparently are as honorable as ever.

During the wait, I did search to find if anyone else had reported their experience recently. I did find a post here on Trustpilot from someone that had a bad experience. I'm sorry things did not go so well for them, but decided I need to tell another side of things.

I first found Entropia Universe in 2008. I believe it was already 5 years old by then. I played obsessively over the next couple few years. My favorite thing always was the real cash economy. I'd spend hours reviewing auction prices for in game commodities. I'd also hunt, mine, and craft (the main activities in the game) and would work hard to sell everything in the market to stretch my PED as far as possible. That was the real game within the game to me.

But like every other game, eventually I got bored. I cashed out in 2011. I recall it took only a few weeks at that time, but I did get my withdrawal as promised.

A few years later... 2014-2015 I played again. There were more planets and more things to do and I missed my old favorite game. There were also ways to buy shares in landholdings so I too could collect a little income from the activities of other players. (Equipment deteriorates over time. Ammo is expended when hunting. I think this is how company makes money.) Now there were even more things to buy and sell at auction. This time I did deposit more so I could buy stock. I also bought an in-game apartment.

Unfortunately, I also had a family and a career and no longer could game for hours. So again, I stopped logging in; I stopped playing.

This time, my in-game assets sat for nearly 10 years! I wondered if at some point inactive players were written off. I'd log in every now and then to see if my presence was still valid. I'd find dividends accruing on my stocks and the overall market still appeared alive and well. I'd always tell myself that I'd start playing again, so I'd just let it sit.

Then at the end of 2024 I decided it was time to take the time and cash out. I needed to sell everything I'd acquired and that took more than a week. When I submitted my withdrawal request, I received a notice that it would take up to 50 business days. It included an explanation that the company was doing everything it could to protect against fraud and that after such a long period, most fraud would be reported by then. I did however hope it wouldn't really take that long.

Yes, it was a painful wait. And yes, at times I worried that I'd left my money in the game too long. Then on exactly the 50th business day, I got the email telling me my withdrawal request had been committed and I should receive it soon. This morning the money was in my bank!!!

Entropia Universe is still solid all these years later. I enjoyed the time I spent participating and now I want the world to know these people are legitimate and true to their word!

They make it very easy to deposit money… it’s when you try to withdraw when you see the truth. There are very specific archaic rules for withdrawing, it will take up to 6 months from when youinitiate it to get a response and then if you do a single thing wrong or if the name/ address / other banking detail doesn’t match exactly. Or if your bank decides to decline the transaction because their company has been reported for shady/ scam activity so many times… they charge a 50 dollar fee. So you better not make any mistakes or your withdrawal will quickly be drained. This game is a joke and has only a small dedicated gambling addict playerbase still playing. My best advice is don’t start because they will do everything they can to not ever let you withdraw which is the whole point of the game…

Biggest ripoff and scam in gaming history! ! !

The community is top, but the game management on the main planet might be a bit lazy and makes quite often bad decisions.
Removing focussed mob spots is a good example for that. I quite wonder how they manage to leave the game available when they kill their hunt spots which are frequently used by well paying members.

Playing since 2008, started low and ended up with good Equipment, mostly bought from bigger HoFs.
Nowadays I stepped down a bit, because I found myself in a situation where I pumped in there like 1k$ nearby any week without reasonable returns.

To be safe, use their verification code app, because there are a lot of scammers inside the game which want to sell you PEDs as an example or hack accounts, but this is against the ToS.
Do not lend any equipment, even not to friends because every trade is final. Do not forget to have your calculator close to you anyways, when you make a trade.

If you follow those hints, you could be a happy community member in there and find many new friends.

I'm giving 5 stars because of the potential for that game alone and my attachment to it. I just wish the game designers were smarter. They don't really understand the basics of economics, so they can't fix it. They are lazy when it comes to attention to detail and buggy item creation. I think they are happy to settle with what they have because the bigger they get, the more trouble they have to deal with.

I have one positive thing to say, the communtiy is nice!

I will write a 5 stars review, because the game is good. Even if i despise the people behind it, and it generally comes from higher management (Actual CEO being the worst thing that happened to MindArk) the game remains good.

This game is a Sci-Fi Mmorpg, but it's also a disguised Casino... Disguised because for most part, Online Gambling is not allowed in Sweden. So it has to be "disguised"...

But for most of us outside sweden, gambling is not an issue... Then before playing to Entropia, just put yourself in the mindset of someone entering a Casino... Are you sure you're going to win money in a Casino ? No... But there is one thing you'll be sure about... It's that you're going to lose money for the entertainment you'll get !

That's what happening in a Casino, and EU is a Casino, so you'll lose more than you'll win. Because that's how a Casino works, the house always wins more ! Otherwise it wouldn't work and go bankrupt.

Only a few people really manage to make money out of this game, i mean a monthly salary, and these people are playing since 10 years+

Don't even think about making real money from Entropia if you're a newcomer. That's what most players think they will do, because of course every new player is "smarter" than the previous one, and they just end up writing bad reviews like "this game is a scam".

This game is not a scam... This game is a casino, in a casino you lose money for the entertainment. And if you don't like it, you'll be thrown out by the security guards. That's exactly how it works in EU...

You can read the Entropia Universe Beginner's guide made by Largegamer on google. It has everything you need to make you understand how it works, and what things / people you're going to find in this game.

And trust me there are a lot of surprises ;-)

Don't play to EU thinking you're going to make real money out of it, play to EU if you already have enough money in your real life.

Playing to EU is like choosing iPhone over Android, it's not going to bring you more than Android... That's simply because you have money to spend on something looking out of the ordinary ^_^

A waste of time and money. The game Entropia Universe, was a good concept gone and done wrong. I've played for over 10 years now. Lack of support replies, locked accounts and missing items.. In a game that has a real world economy it has very little care or consideration for your account security. Save your money and your personal info (Credit card , bank info etc). I am still in awe over a company knowing that your account has been accessed elsewhere and let it happen with no challenges.

UPDATE: I ended up telling them to dleete my account since they as far as I am concerned stolen a lot of what I had in my account. Under the guise of 'suspicious' activity. So suspicious they did nothing more than lock my account.... I guess they needed more time to steal whatever they could before allowing me in to see what was left. As far as 2 Factor authentication goes. They do not force that on anyone and if you do not own a phone to use that with, no good anyways. Not suer how they got on a public stock exchange and sell shares in a company they have already sod profit shares with people in world, might be why the sudden changeover from Calypso land deeds to a share system at that time to backend it a bit in their favour again. Never beleive when a company says they listed on a stock market not for money as they do not need it, if you did not need it there would of been no point in the first place..

bought two land areas in game sevaral years ago they wont let me use them kept the money i spent on them still to this day they robbed me quit playing and they are thiefs wouldnt waste any more time or money on this game they are thiefs i have heard they robbed other players also

not worth time, nothing special, cost a fortune to play, and no real rewards. you would be insane to go FTP.
they also lack security, and you will get hacked because they encourage it by not enforcing any reports of theft upon their servers, they try to blame the players. big con company and players will hack your account and you have no recourse.
