Enviro Design Products レビュー

Product is excellent, and your representative on the phone was great and responsive for such a small order. Her name I do not recall, I want to say Croche, but I don't think that is accurate. Something like that. I know when I get a good support, and she delivered. Hats off to her!

We received the part so quick! Excellent!

No communication no emails no tracking # still a mystery I'll have to call them

Cosette was wonderful to work with getting me the correct item for my project. The septic lid seems very well made and I can't wait to finish up my project.

Whats to say? Probably dig the thing up in 10,000 years and wonder what it was for.... Will they figure out it was there to cover an RV dump station? :}

Great product for our campground. Clean and professional. Have had no problems for 1 year so far.

Got my product quickly

These sewer caps are great! They are made to slip onto 4-inch schedule 40 PVC, which has a wider diameter than 4-inch DR35 drain/waste/vent pipe. If that's what you have, you'll need an adapter ring/collar. I got one for a few dollars from Lowes described as "Transition from Drain Waste Vent (DWV)/Schedule 40 (SCH40) fittings to Sewer and Drain (Sewer and Drain) pipe with the PVC Adapter Bushing," Item #24093 and Model #L2P42. I hope this helps the next person who needs to use one of these sewer caps on DWV pipe instead of schedule 40.

Friendly- LIVE person that answers the phone. And, is able to answer all questions.

Easy to work with, product arrived quickly and in great shape. Thank you so much,

Product got here quickly just what we needed

Being asked to review a product that we still haven't received/that still hasn't shipped. We received no updates from vendor until we asked (10 days after order was placed) indicating product was back-ordered for another 3-to-4 weeks.

Haven't received item ordered on 2/22/2022

Product great. Speed I. Delivery great. Only problem was it got shipped to an address 45 minute's away. To a guy with the last name of our company. Clearly a different shipping label was placed over the correct shipping label.probably the shipper did that. He opened the box. Found my phone # and called me. I picked it up & had lunch on the way home so it wasn't to bad.

Very easy to order from your web site.

Thank you,

Tried to get online chat help. It was not avail
