Eobdtool.co.uk レビュー

Very onest team. Good tools

I have used this company on a couple of occasions now and their delivery times are never met. On the latest item, 3-5 days. It is now 11 days and still not arrived. Prices are good but the backup service is rubbish. No phone number to contact and emails are just a joke.
Never again

Very good company. I recommend this seller.

Correct company and amazing team !!!

They solve any problems which are connected with their tools !!!

Extremely helpful seller with excellent discounts on all products, with super fast shipping within UK. Highly recommended to anyone who requires anything within the automotive industry.. 10/10

Always good service, has shopped at EOBDTOOL for many years without problems

Gyors és célravezető segitséget kaptam a VCXNANO problémám elháritásában.

Happy to work with you. Thanx for great service

Always good service, quick help when something does not work, has shopped at EOBD for many years without problems

Klavs

they do not want to respond to e-mails with claims make returns they ignore customers their motto is you bought it, get lost

Nice customer service! Fast delivery! BOUGHT Autel IM508 & Xtool A80 H6 several weeks ago, found it very powerful and all the functions advertised by the dealer actually works! Very trustworthy!

NON CONSIGLIATO
NOT RECOMENDED....!!!!!!!!!

Very bad seller, customer order from UK through DHL and seller tryed to send from China with Yanwen, when contacted they claim they change shipping because of taxes.
Had to file a claim on Paypal to get my money.
Not a serious seller, if one wants to wait for Yanwen then order direct in Aliexpress as the product is much cheaper in China.

Seller deletes all my negative/ 1 star reviews, be aware!

Received damaged item, customer support is at 0. need to wake up in the night to contact them and wait for the answer hours long. I wish i could buy my item from somewhere else. Very long delivery, high prices and low quality.

Very bad return service. Won't pay back any money but offer you a reduction in your next buy. But if you get €50 back they want to devide this over 5 buys.

Tell you that shipping is without taxes and they ship with DHL and you have to pay the maximum charges at your delivery moment.

Also shipping from there UK store can still mean they send it from China.

Stay away from them and spend your money elsewhere.

UK shipping 3-5 working days , received 3 weeks later from china quality 40% some stuff not working some incomplete some missing, not responding to emails, communication 0%.

i will never buy again.
