I ordered my lenses on February 16th and still haven't received them two months later. When I asked when to expect them I just got an automated message asking me to be patient. I don't know whether to order them somewhere else or keep waiting.

I was nervous ordering after reading reviews. The price was much cheaper than elsewhere so I ordered and prepared myself for a long wait. I had no need to worry and cannot fault the company. They were thorough in checking my daughters prescription and sizing, from ordering to delivery was 9 days which is faster than it would of been getting them from our regular Opticians, I know this doesn't seem to be the case for others but I can only speak of my own experience. Once receiving the order, the sizing is perfect and the sports glasses are high quality. I cannot complain about any aspect of the process.

Completely unprofessional and crap company and service, my glasses have been stuck at Heathrow airport for 7 days and these clowns ignore my emails and fntvdort the problem out. Avoid like the plague if you have any sense

First time ordering prescription sunglasses and I made a few errors when ordering. Phyllis was brilliant and explained everything clearly and amended the order to what I needed. As this took an extra few days to sort and I wanted these for our holiday Phyllis upgraded the delivery so I received them in time. Great service and very happy with the glasses.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses with Rx lenses. Total price was over £200 so not cheap. The website promoted the fact that delivery is quick, however my delivery was significantly delayed and I had to chase for updates. When the sunglasses arrived I wasn't happy at all with them. I was offered by e-optician to change the lenses for a fee of £55 but to be honest I just don't think this is a good company to deal with so I'm going to cut my losses.

Ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from eOpticians.co.uk.
The cost was well below any other supplier in the UK.
Delivery from Hungary was within 5 days and tracking information was excellent.
Would certainly deal with this company again

The sunglasses looked great but the medium tint lenses do not take the glare off the sun. If you want sunglasses go for the darkest shade. When I complained that they did not take glare off the sun they just said they would change website to make it clearer. No offer of giving me a pair of sunglasses with dark shade.

20 days on and still awaiting order. Company doesn’t respond to emails.

Goggles we're fine but highly reccomend ordering from elsewhere. Company pretends to be from the UK and then when you eventually get your order delivered (after over a month) you get lumped with an additional bill from fedex for customs / international shipping

Avoid this company! They mislead customers by posing as an English company when they are not. I paid extra for express shipping, but my item did not arrive on time. Very disappointing service. Would not recommend.

Awful company, do not use, first pair of glasses never turned up, second pair eventually came but turned up over a month late, do not use

I made my first purchase on their website. When it arrived, everything looked normal (including matching prescriptions) so I made a second purchase.

However, the first time I wore the lenses, they caused immediate pain to my eyes, which continued even after removal. That night, my eyes constantly watered, and I woke up the next morning with red, swollen, shut eyes and pus stuck to my eyelashes.

I have been a daily wearer of Clariti One Day Torics for the past year and have never experienced any adverse effects. In fact, at my regular contact lense checks at Asda Opticians, my eyes have stayed healthy with my current prescription.

I have only experienced this eye condition on the nights of the two times I've worn contacts ordered from eOpticians.

Disappointingly, the contacts are completely unwearable and a serious health concern.

I had an outstanding experience with E-Opticians! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional, especially Maggie, who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The glasses we ordered are absolutely perfect, and my son is now able to play football without any fear or worry.

@Graham Ellis - there was nothing misleading about the experience, perhaps try reading the terms next time.

For those who read, the whole process was straightforward, great service, fast delivery and great product!

It’s all very misleading!

Firstly, don’t fall for the ‘buy one, get one free’ offer. When you look closely it’s just the frame you get free. So you spend £180 on glasses and all you get is a £38 frame free and you have to pay another £150 for lenses.

The there’s the returns policy. Their website states:
EXCHANGE / FULL REFUND POLICY: 7 DAYS
Within 7 days of receiving your item, you may return, exchange or receive a full refund on your glasses (frame and lens combo) if you are unhappy with them.

However, when I asked to return them within the seven day period I was told that as it’s just that I don’t like them, if I return them I would only get the cost of the frame back!!!!

The glasses themselves are OK and the lenses seem Ok too. But I found the whole experience very misleading!

Even when they first come up on a Google search it appears you can buy prescription glasses for much less.

Misleading, not clear and not treating customers fairly.

I am not one to write reviews but felt I had to for the customer service I received. There was a slight issue with the first pair I ordered, my fault, it was corrected no questions asked and I have now received my prescription glasses and they are perfect! So happy, designer specs at an affordable price. I would definitely use this company again.

Can’t overstate how happy i am with my purchase. I have a really difficult prescription, and these guys nailed it. I was super sceptical all the way up to receiving the order, and then super impressed when i tried them. I bought them late 2022, and put off reviewing them because i wanted to try them for a period of time before posting a review. 18 months later, they are still awesome. The vision is on par, if not better than my day glasses. I am only posting this to help people who have a difficult prescription, and aren’t sure whether to take the plunge with these guys. They can tailor, and they do a very good job. The goggles are good quality too. Really grateful, it’s made a massive difference for me. Game changer.

Poor communication, did not return email or phone messages. When I finally spoke with a gentleman by phone, he said the company no longer makes prescription glasses that would suit my needs.

It's impossible to contact them, the website is very badly made. they only have one email, and they never respond. I feel like they stole my money.

Good value. Two weeks for delivery. Dispatched from Hungary by Hungarian post and Royal Mail. I was a bit worried reading other reviews but was ok for me.
Maybe coincidence but I received a scam Royal Mail text message requesting delivery information and payment a few days before delivery reported to Royal Mail who confirmed it as a scam message.

Items arrived as described, I would shop from this company again.
