We are thrilled that you view our firm this way! We do process every withdrawal in 2 hours or less. 2 Hours is our maximum threshold reserved for peek times of traffic. Our financial department is available 24/7 and in most cases, the withdrawals are approved almost as soon as they come in! Our commitment is to never make you wait for your funds like other brokers do and process them as quickly as possible.

We are sorry for you to feel this way towards our firm. We would like to clarify that we have not laughed at anyone and that the Sign Up Bonus was ONLY for traders that registered through Amir Alis link. If you would have read the instructions for this Sign Up Bonus Promotion, you could have taken advantage of it.

Furthermore, you have never deposited funds with our firm so there is no way we could "Defraud" you of your deposit when a deposit never happened.
.
Lastly, yes you are correct. We do require a KYC check just like every other regulated brokerage in the industry. You may be used to trading with unregulated brokers that do not require a KYC check but this is not how we operate. We are licensed and regulated in multiple jurisdictions and to adhere to the laws enforced by our regulators, we are required to obtain a KYC check on every single trader that uses our platform and submit those checks to our regulators.

Your IB, Asad, was one of the individuals that were misleading traders explaining that all they had to do was sign up and open a support ticket to get it but this was never the case.

We understand your frustration with the KYC process. As a strictly regulated broker, we must process a KYC with EVERY one of our traders. This data MUST be reported to our regulators in order for us to maintain our regulatory licensing. This is standard procedure with any regulated firm so for that we do apologize.

We did review your account and we see no deposits to your wallet have ever happened. We are very confused what you mean by "ignore me when I want to withdraw my profit" as you have never had funds in a trading account with us.

You are 100% correct for the Sign Up Bonus Program. This was a promotion exclusively for traders that used Amir Alis referral link and we made this clear in all of our communications about this promotion.

Sadly, you signed up under Asads referral link who was one of the individuals who was misleading traders telling them they could sign up and open a helpdesk ticket to get the bonus which was never the case. For that, we empathize deeply with your frustration.

We would love to hear more about your inability to withdraw funds. We have reviewed your account and you have never made a deposit with our firm so we are very confused how you were not able to withdraw funds if you have never deposited them with us.

We hope you are well and are sad to see your frustration. We do want to point out that we do not currently offer a deposit bonus so we are uncertain what you mean. We were able to locate your account and it seems you never deposited funds so we are very confused when you say "steal funds".

You must understand that KYC Verification is a standard process when signing up to trade with a financial institution. We do not steal documents from people, we simply must verify each of our traders identities to adhere to the laws enforced by our regulators. This process is optional as you are not required to trade with our firm.
