Great Service! Helped me with all my problems. Very cheap services, has option for how long you want the services for.

Great service established very quickly after I made my initial payment, excellent and fast customer support and easy to use website.

EpicHosts helped me setting up a dedicated server + configuring everything, they answered me within minutes and did all the job in less than 1 hour, I can just recommend this service 100%!

Excellent service and products! Highly recommend.

Update Final:
After being in contact with Owner of EpicHost.co.uk I have decided to review my rating for this company. The reasons for this being:
1. The owner has personally agreed to attempt to improve the customer service hours.
2. Refund the money that was overcharged to me.
3. More contact between customers and the host when PayPal claims are made for over-charging. (not just shutting down accounts and not replying to PayPal complaints until PayPal upgrades them).

The information below was the trail as originally happened and the above is what was agreed to be adopted as a recommendation from me.

I don't know how this company still exists.
Customer service = 0/10
support waiting time = 0/10, (via Skype no reply via Facebook took days for a response, live chat was never on, and i mean never.)
Server performance (i had the business VPS) = 0.2/10 (slight score on this since it turned on and allowed me to copy files across to it. NONE of the servers i tried on the VPS worked. The programs worked perfectly as when i moved to a different provider the programs worked with no edits or changes at all.)
I asked for some help with fixing my issues and all i got was you must be doing it wrong. (quote "All you need to do is install the appropriate net framework/redistributables. It's not difficult." this is after me saying the files working on a different VPS.)
Also on the website there is no place to cancel a service. Even after i asked for a refund as the VPS didn't work at all they still charged me for the next month, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?
So after messaging the company on PayPal and disputing the next month of payments (that i didn't want at all) they still haven't responded once since the 27th of October. I am forced to dispute it with PayPal to see if this pathetic company will learn what customer service means.

Ill re-write that for you Mr Owner - who made me remove his publicly known name, as stated on his website.

"Trust EpicHost, we take your money and don't care about the service we provide. Oh and we don't do customer service"

I've never seen an entrepreneur that takes so many holidays. Well at least that's the only explanation i could come up with for the time it takes to respond to a customer.

ADDITIONAL/EDIT:
After escalating the paypal case it has taken them all of 3 hours to respond to that. shame they couldn't respond to any things else that quickly. Shows they only care for the money

Now my account has been shut down from the website and no response or email to explain why. Now just to wait on paypal and see if this gets resolved. I'm surprised paypal even let such a sh17 company operate on there website

ADDITIONAL/EDIT 3:
I even got charged a month after I cancelled.
Literally there a 1000’s if better hosts than this disgrace of a company.

ADDITIONAL/EDIT 4:
Mr owner of the company has been trying his hardest to take this review down because it shows the pure offensive nature of his company. I will continue to write this updates for as long as this trumped up thief keeps trying to shut this review off.

Additional/Edit 5: if you read the reviews for this service all of them seem to have the same buzz words, those words being ‘great service’. If there is always such great service how come there are complete negative reviews stating the exact opposite.
I believe that the owner of the company is either making the reviews himself to boost his record or he is giving people discounts on services on the website for positiv reviews on here. To me that is an utter disgrace and he deserves his website shut down and his business removed from any trust worthy review platform.

If the owner of the company wants to resolve this issue he could have contacted me personally on multiple occasions rather than stealing my money and trying to get rid of honest reviews.

He could still resolve this if he feels like it is worth his time, but for now it is staying as it is.
All it would take is an email response from him or helpful service.

You get what you pay for with EpicHosts. For a budget company it is quite exceptional, I get the VPS in a few hours and all questions were answered satisfactorily.

For the most part the VPS service is fine although I did have random reboots and although raised was only ask to "see how it goes and raise a new ticket".
My real problem is the customer service or lack off. I have emailed a number of times to resolve the double billing Epic Hosts was doing to my paypal account and I never get a reply. The "online" chat never seems to be available no matter what day and time I try, and there is no phone number to call - although I did read something somewhere to suggest you can have option but you have to pay more. I can't confirm for sure if this is the case.

In the end I cancelled my paypal authority and although I have overpaid Epic Host withdraw my service, but still won't reply to any email for me to get back the money they have already over charged me.

Update Jan 2018.
Having received the following email from this company through this site it makes me wonder how many other 3 star reviews have received "extra money" rather than leave the original poor review and indeed how many are even real reviews.

I love epic host due to there Outstanding support and love for the customers

Well they started out ok little longer to get a VPS set up then most.
Paid for there maximus VPS At first the Hdd space was half of what it was supposed to be. Quick msg and it was fixed. Then noticed the Ram was only 1gb instead of the 12gb paid for. Now this is when it gets interesting. No Reply on Instant msg just a ill look into it. 4 Support tickets that all seam to get deleted with no update. Forum posts Again get deleted with no reply. Email Messages Get no Reply. Ive been waiting 5 days with no reply Even an email to cancel my service has got no reply. Save yourself the headache and don't even look at this company. I've ended up going someplace else. as this was costing me money as i was unable to use it for what i needed it for do to the lack of ram. Ive taken Screen shots of my customer control panel and invoice to prove im a customer as it looks like when its a bad review it gets reported and yep it has

**** UPDATE****
They have now refused to refund my Payment unless i delete this. I refuse to do that as I will not let some one else get scammed. They obviously cannot supply the service they sell.

Is not a way to help a Customer. If you knew you could not offer What was ordered, this should have been Relayed to the Customer with other Options.

Hence the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Review. Instead 4 Days of no Replies. Good Thing i Didnt pay for Phone support as im sure every call would have gone to Voicemail

"Starters they are really cheap and affordable, however when I first got my VPS it was only setup with 1 core and 4GB of RAM when i ordered a 4 core with 8GB of RAM. This was fixed quickly. I have the server to host a game server for me and my friends and recently there has been some lag in fact to the point where the remote desktop connection is unusable."

The statement above is in my opinion fixed. After leaving it some time and getting some support my vps now is usable again and even though sometimes it can go down I just need to use the control panel to restart it or message terrum who is always happy to help, Would recommend if you are needing a small server to play with your friends.

Unmetered bandwidth, unmetered disk space for £2.99 a month, however UK servers would be preferred.

Very reliable service, I have paid much more for alot less.

We have worked with Terrum for well over a year and continue to grow as a business renting servers from him. He is always on hand to help if there is an issue. Can't beat the price. We would not use anyone else.
