Being in the U.S.. it was great to find a company that deals with memorabilia and recreation items all at a reasonable price is great. I've always wanted German Tankers Badge from ww2. Price was great shipping very reasonable customs not so much lol. Service Excellent.

Fast postage well packaged and most items are well made. Sizes a bit never know if fit or not. But that’s uk with its sizes all fit differently. But always helpful and nice items 👍good quality

I bought the maroon Fez from this store. When I received it, it was much too round and did not resemble the product photo at all. In the photo, it looks more boxy, but it is much rounder.
Otherwise I like the store and the quality is alright. just not this product.

I purchased an original Swiss Army Surplus Wool Greatcoat. The item arrived promptly. Furthermore, the Coat was in superb condition, of great quality, and fitted perfectly.

Since I am unable to reply to the response of Epic Militaria directly under my review, and apparently they know they can say whatever they want to deflect from the actual point of my garbage experience, without me shedding light on their course of action, I want to say that this company exercises rights that they claim for their protection, protection they need from ripping ppl off bc surely they need to be protected. They do not deserve to take money that does not belong to them.
I will set the score right when I travel to their country and go hunting for what’s mine.
I’m a US customer and this isn’t about dollar amount, it’s about principal in a world that rewards frauds and cheaters and saying this is enough.
Epic militaria wants to use insignificant dollar amounts as a means to evade retribution but I’m keeping the score, not according to any dollar amount.
They have yet to honor their customers by changing anything on their website showing they plan to continue this course of action

Same day replies whenever I emailed/inquired about the shipping details of my order. Very detailed answers and didnt leave me in confusion. Walked me through the steps of international shipping and what to expect from DHL as they brought my order from the UK. Couldn't have been more happy with the quality of the militaria gear/uniforms I bought. Truly a professional and trustworthy business. Will definitely be buying from them again and recommending.

The staff were exemplary in their courtesy and efficiency in what is evidently a very busy firm.
I especially appreciated this, since I turned up at the sales office in person to buy a reel of inexpensive fabric tape(Sniper Tape) , which is not the recommended buying procedure.
The tape was perfect for permenantly mending an alpaca duvet.

Absolutely 5 star service and support - highly recommended !
