Phoney shipping info, lies after lies on item delivery.

Filed quick with credit card and got my money back

Me and my cousin, went to get builder gel on our nails. My cousin got on her own nails, and me with extensions. I got an perfect set of new nails, and left happy, although my cousin definitely didn’t experience outstanding service and as of the nails, they were uneven and not very pretty. We left feeling unsatisfied🙃

August 2023 I purchased a Christmas tree and now in october 2024 I still did not receive it. I wonder if this address in Cardif is real.

I always purchase my furniture from Dreams And wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I was helped by Michelle to choose a wooden bedstead and she was most helpful.

ordered on august 2023 and items still havent arrived. After numerous emails and excuses today i discover email doesnt work anymore :(

Ordered some solar cctv cameras as advertised on Facebook last August and they have never arrived, lots of excuses, sent to wrong address will send out new order, the tracking company doesn't exist and now refuse to answer emails.
Avoid at all costs.

If only I looked on Trust pilot first I would never have ordered from this company. Order never arrived and not answering emails.

En julio 2023 compré un artículo desde su página web que parecía una excelente oferta. Sin embargo algo me decía que no podía ser tan real y utilice una tarjeta de crédito preparada para pagar la compra por 56.89.
Me llegó un correo que decía el número de la orden de tu pedido y que luego te llegará el número de envío del paquete. Y cada vez que escribía decían que tuviese paciencia y que hablarían con la empresa logística y que enviarían nuevamente el paquete y que utilizarían el mismo número de track Numbers el cual tenían un seguimiento del envío como si fuera real y hoy 11 meses después ya finalmente no responden. A mi país llega a un paquete con en ese track number pero a nombre de otra persona y era un paquete de proporciones distintas. Leyendo las diferentes historias eso me hace pensar como si tomaran el número de paquete de otra persona y te lo dan a ti para que creas que hay movimiento en tu envío. JAMAS VOLVERÍA A COMPRAR EN ESTA EMPRESA!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! ordered a Autel diagnostic kit! Never arrived said it got delivered to London airport but couldn’t release it as they supposedly put a wrong name on it. The whole website link they gave for tracking was a scam! Ordered August 2023 like everyone else. And got hustled! Constantly emailing them, only response is please be patient!
ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH COMPANY! Only use this company if you want to throw your money down the drain! SCAMMED FULLY!

Seemed too good to be true! Definitely is!

Good were ordered. Never arrived. Promises were mad by the company to re send goods. I am still awaiting. Currently I am trying to get a refund and have started the process through citizens advice.
Do not use this company. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

I want to also share my experience with New Michelle trading. Back in August 2023 I ordered goods and much the same as everyone else was told it was on its way, was provided with a tracking number and all looked good until the package was delivered in Ireland. To cut a long story short, the package was resent and delivered to Northern Ireland. I live in Somerset. Never received any goods.
So went to my bank and tried a reverse charge payment, A week later after 14 pages of emails and spanning 7 months, I got a full refund. Everyone should try this if you have a paper trail, it worked for me. Its free and easy to do.

How can this company be allowed to continue trading. They are scammers. They take your money but never send the goods.

Ordered a car code reader last year followed tracking and saw that it had been delivered to Grimsby.i live in Wales.i got in touch was told that they would contact courier to pick it up and redeliver.nothing have been in contact several times and have been told lie after lie about sending a New one and even told me that royal mail was delivering and when I told them still not delivered told me to check any boxes and ask my neighboursas usual yesterday said new one was being sent

ordered a tent that has never arrived. Keep blaming logistics have re sent my package 6 times. Have asked for a refund which they have refused and said it will break their bank if they refund me.
Have seen a photo of the parcel that was apparently for me and it looks nothing like what I've received will just send a false tracking number. Stay away! Lesson learnt!! Still trying to get my money back and will keep trying

What a load of scammers I have been waiting since September for a Charlotte tilbury box still no sign no refund keep blaming the logistic team, they are offices in Rockford and Cardiff so why do difficult, oh that’s right they took my money and ran

Orderd in August the pencil sets via Instagram in August red the reviews of people who had already had theres so I orderd. Got sent a tracking number. I saw by that , that my order even got to royal mail who didn't deliver it apparently it was lost been told exactly the same as all the other comments on here fuming aint the word robbing B .

Im not sure if this is the review profile for NEW MICHELLE TRADING LIMITED, if so, they are total scammers. People should avoid at all costs.
