Listen to the experts
We went into the process of equity release knowing a little but after 3 phone calls with David Brown believe we are now in a position to make an informed decision.
David took us through all the stages seamlessly and put our mind at rest in what is as big a decision at our age as when we first bought a house.

Aptly named as The Experts
I have nothing but praise for The Equity Release Experts, the process has been faultlessly handled for me by David Cole who was my advisor. On first speaking to David I was immediately confident that his knowledge of the market was extensive and his explanation of the process, what could be available and how it could proceed gave me complete assurance to move forward.
I have achieved in less than 2 months what I hoped for, a very flexible product through a respected blue chip lender the process was seamless and David has been totally and genuinely invested in this. I would advise anyone considering Equity Release to use The Experts.

I would like to thank Equity Release Experts for making the whole process seamless. Our Equity Release Expert John Harris was fantastic, in making sure that we had all the information that we required, but more importantly ensuring that equity release was the right thing for us. On what can be a minefield he listened to what our needs and circumstances were, to ensure we had the right outcome. John explained every step in an easy to understand format, ensured that we had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, wasn't pushy, and delivered on what we were expecting. He kept in close contact throughout, nothing was too much trouble.
For anyone wanting to do equity release and making sure that it is the right thing for your circumstances I would highly recommend Equityrelease.co.uk. Their expertise in this field was highly valuable.
