I ordered a ring that needs to be resized but store messed it up multiple times and sent the wrong one. Poor service in store.

Excellent service
Staff very courteous and welcoming when visiting the shop in Ayr. Nothing was a bother and they went above and beyond in their assistance. Overall a great experience and would recommend this branch.
