Ordered a wedding ring in store and paid on the day. They didn't have the ring in the correct size, so one had to be ordered into store which they would then send off to be resized.

Their first mistake was once the ring had been delivered they told us it was ready to be collected, we then had to remind the store the ring needed to be resized and they assured is this would be sorted. A week later they rang to say the ring was in store to be collected. We questioned this as it seemed very quick, but they assured us the ring had been resized and was ready to collect. We made the drive into Liverpool to be told the ring we had come to collect hadn't been resized at all. More notes were added to the system and this time the ring was actually sent off for resizing.

A few weeks late we got a call to say the ring they sent off to be resized wasn't even the correct ring and the ring we had purchased was out of stock completely. We received an email apology and Jess was extremely helpful trying to organise a different ring to be delivered to store for me to try at no extra cost. We exchanged multiple emails about the incident and she was very helpful but explained it was her day off when we would be going to try the new ring.

When returning to the store to try the new ring they didn't seem too bothered and barely apologised for the whole saga. Luckily our wedding was in advance of us buying our rings or it could have really ruined our day.

Don't waste your time, use the store in L1. We've used a different Ernest Jones before and they were great.

My son bought me a £600 set of earrings I wore them for half a day on my birthday the screw on back had come off and I noticed I’d lost the earring after searching my house for 2 hours found the earring but not the back. I went to the shop the next day and explained what had happened. They were very very unhelpful and abrupt and told me they don’t have back for earrings I’d have to purchase another pair. Came home complained to customer services they told me the same. I now have a £600 set of earrings that I can’t wear and the shop is just not interested. Absolute joke I will never set foot in that awful shop again.

On the first visit Jackie was lovely couldn't do enough for me. Second visit was just ok. Had a problem with item this wasn't resolved properly in my opinion.

I purchased my bracelet from Ernest Jones in
Royal Avenue Belfast. The staff were excellent and the bracelet is beautiful.

I went in looking for a special gift for my girlfriend. I was impressed at the service and the fact the sales assistant went the extra mile with all the restrictions on at the moment. They even adjusted my watchstrap!

I was a bit worried that Ernest Jones Jewelers would be like so many companies these days that make it difficult or put customers in second place to making profits,I Couldn't be further from the truth. I had to return a new men's bracelet that was faulty, they were very professional and refunded the payment straight away and replaced the bracelet for an excellent one. I am extremely pleased and would recommend them always.

Fantastic quality ring bought for my 60th Birthday .Nikki the sale assistant was great she went above and beyond to make sure i got what i was looking for xxx Would recommend to family and friends and will shop in future for more gifts x

I had such a lovely experience in L1 Earnest Jones choosing my wedding band. I was shown the band that went with my engagement ring and I’m delighted as they look stunning together. Super helpful staff and a gorgeous piece of jewellery.
