The 10% discount doesn't work, I tried soo many times
They even text me with a new code for first time purchase 10%discount, which did not work

The worst customer service ever!
Their delivery company is made horrible.
I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive for 3 days now and every time I call the shop the keep moving the delivery date to the following day.
So disappointing.
I will never buy again from them!

Advise I received from the shop assistant Tee was very valuable - i was looking for a wedding ring to match the engagement ring and he explained how different styles would work with my engagement ring. It was very logical and clear.

This store and this company are the most unprofessional and non-compliant store and company I have experienced in the UK! Ernest Jones sold me a certified diamond bracelet with a certificate that does not belong to the bracelet at all a year ago! I contacted them a year ago and they said they made a mistake and they would give me the certificate! For 12 months I have contacted them several times and asked for the certificate of the bracelet and every time they said it has not arrived yet! Imagine this company sold me a bracelet as a certified diamond bracelet but without any real certificate, and for one year they have failed to provide a certificate for it meaning that they have cheated me and sold me a non-certified diamond bracelet as a certified one in the first place and lied to me that the bracelet is a certified diamond one otherwise after several follow ups over 12 months they could provide the certificate for it if it really had a certificate! Two weeks ago, the customer service on the phone, a lady called Emma, told me that I can go to the Westfield branch to get this resolved. When I went to the store, I faced one of the rudest and most unprofessional member of staff that you can face in a store! I was with my mother whose I bought the bracelet for and we explained the story about the bracelet to one of the staff and we provided him with the bracelet in its original box with the tag inside and also the receipt of purchase together with the reference number of the customer service (Ref. No.: 2440631) and the name of person we talked to in the customer service (Emma), and very politely asked him to resolve the issue and provide us with the certificate, but instead of helping us he treated me and my mom in an extremely rude and aggressive manner and refused to provide us with the certificate! My mom was so frustrated and upset with the very rude way he treated us and refused to resolve the issue! Instead of apologizing us that the company has sold us a certified bracelet without the certificate and has failed to provide us with any certificate after 12 months with all the follow ups we had, he treated us in an absolutely rude and aggressive way and finally said it is not his problem at all and we bought the bracelet from another branch (Brent Cross branch which is permanently closed now). Even after me and my mom left the store, the store manager ran after us in the corridor of the shopping mall outside the store in a way that he wanted to attack and harass my mom and me but after I talked to him he went back to his store. Absolutely shocking! Imagine a company selling you a fake product (if the bracelet had a certificate they would have given us after one year following up!) and then their staff treat a respectful woman and his son in a vey rude and aggressive way and trying to attack and harass them! I am taking legal actions against this company!

Me and my father went to get a late 21st gift as we were in lockdown in my birthday. As soon as we entered the store we revived a very warm welcome and asked if we could be helped. From there we were shown a few watches before making my decision. Once I had made my decision the lady started telling me all about my watch and how to work it etc, she was extremely helpful and very polite which made the whole experience very enjoyable.
