Very easy to order nice choice of items at reasonable prices 

Hijab was really helpful and patient. And arranged for the delivery for a more local store to help us out. A great service from all staff as bought the engagement ring from there as well and just as helpful then. You definitely have a frequent buyer secured.

Went to Milton Keynes branch {Midsummer Boulevard I think}with my watch ,a Maurice Lacroix ,and the clasp was inoperative. Kat examined the watch and offered to clean the clasp foc.,which then worked without a problem. I had been in 3/4 jewellers prior to this and none of them had provided a service remotely as good as that which I received from Kat.All would have charged me without question.

I made a payment for an item, they said this was in stock. Paid them the thousands of pounds because they SPECIFICALLY told me I could pay and collect it NEXT DAY. Before I made the purchase, I called the store to make sure they have it, I even confirmed this with a customer service agent on webchat and then went ahead and made my purchase. The email confirmation then arrives telling me I need to collect it in a week...

Called this company and here was the outcome:

Rude but mostly helpless staff who cannot help because the "System" doesn't allow them to.

No managers available to resolve the matter, advised I might have to wait up to a week to hear back from someone.

Told that I CANNOT cancel the order, even though this is against my statutory rights.

Refused to just simply give me the item that I have confirmed with the local store and they have confirmed with the local store IS ACTUALLY in the store in stock.

Told me outright that I'm stuck with the item now and there's no way to cancel even though this purchase was made by deception.

Was told "We know the website is having a bug, it's been like that for a while, telling customers that the item is in stock but giving false dates for collection"

So not only did they take my money by deception but they then are now breaking the law by refusing to refund me, even though it's too late to give my wife this on our anniversary.

I mean, the whole situation is just stupid. How are these people still trading.

Purchased a RADO watch from Ernest Jones Milton Keynes in December 2021. The watch stopped working in December 2022 under warranty - I returned it to the branch. I was advised that the repair would take 3 months and should be ready by 16 March 2023. I decided to contact RADO direct as I felt 3 months for an item under warranty was poor service. RADO managed to expedite repair to 17.1.23, which was excellent considering Xmas period. However, it came to light that the warranty card number did not match the number on the back of the watch. Cutting a long story short - no-one crossed checked these numbers at the time of purchase, the information given about a 3 month lead time on repair was wrong, no one from the store let me know my watch was back in store, apparently the store should have provided me with a diamond certificate too, despite e-mails and phone calls to the store no-one has bothered to request the correct Warranty card from RADO, despite being told they had. Not exactly rocket science - a simple Admin request that no-one has bothered to do...until yesterday - 26 February 2023. Thank goodness RADO Customer Care are incredibly good and truly show what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. Ernest Jones (with the exception of Kat) have not been bothered at all. Shocking - be warned - check in store. If I hadn't chased Ernest Jones I would have spent £1300 on a watch without a proper warranty

If I could give these people no stars I would. Went in today to ask if they could change the size of a watch bracelet and a gold bracelet. Only 2 other customers in the shop and 2 free shop assistants who were fiddling with a computer unsuccessfully. I asked them for help and asked if they could carry out the alterations. Was told they didn't do bracelet alterations in the shop and they would need to see the watch. It would be £20 for the watch adjustment. Got the watch out by which time both of the men had their backs towards me. I waited and waited and waited whilst they were both obviously more interested in trying to work the computer! I cleared my throat. NOTHING. Put watch back into my bag and left never ever to return again. Went a few shops down to Beaverbrooks where I was assisted immediately, given a comfy seat and offered a cup of coffee whilst they made the watch adjustments. They only charged me £15! Guess where I will be going for all my jewellery in the future.

Helped with a faulty Ball watch to return and credit and select a new timepiece. Courteous, Understanding and very understanding. Incredibly helpful.

Made the whole process a pleasure. Will use again.

A lovely store and with the best service when looking for the perfect engagement ring in December. Matt was incredibly experienced and helpful, he followed up by phone numerous times with updates and made the whole experience so special and enjoyable. Can’t speak highly enough of him.

Absolutely ridiculous what they are doing brought a ring and 2 of the gems have fallen out took it in for a repaire as it was still under warranty they said they will inversitgste and they decided it was my fault that the claws that weren't holding the ring as it should was my fault apparently I don't know how that is possible a d the cost of the repaire would of been nearly the same amount as the ring was payed for AVOIDE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE their rings aren't quality!!!

Great service received by the team at the Milton Keynes larger store where Faiza & Helena really helped us choose a great ring, sorted out getting one delivered in my girlfriends size to try on. Fantastic service as we were in store for probably 2hrs. Can’t thank them enough and wish them all well A+
