The lady that served me was excellent, she was extremely helpful & very professional. I purchased a gift for my daughter & she was thrilled with the items.

Myself and my beautiful future wife to be went out shopping for wedding rings, not really looking to buy that day to be honest. We first went into your shop in Telford and after a few moments looking around we were approached by Janine and asked if we were ok or needed help, which we gladly took the excellent sales representative upon.

Janine Armstrong took her time with us, not rushing us, or even not hard selling which was very refreshing. She went through all the different ring styles and cuts etc (We didn't know, or expect there to be such a wide variety). We got to try on a few styles and colours to see what looked best and even got our fingers sized up.

We found a couple of rings we liked the look of and took down the details and prices and explained we wasn't looking to buy just yet and wanted the chance to have a look around a few other stores first. (Really just giving our excuse because as I said not really looking to buy that day.)

We both went off talking about the gorgeous rings we saw and the service we was given. We continued to several other jewellery stores within the shopping centre asking for help and guidance as we we looking for rings etc. Now this is were we noticed how amazing the service we received from your store in Telford was, and the exceptional customer service we received by the sales representative. The other stores we visited failed so much on customer service due to we weren't given time of day, either just being told the rings are over there, not spending any time with us or asking us any questions, like if we wanted to try some rings or would you like to have a look as some. We felt we were in their way and a obstruction to their day.

We both felt this way and after the filth store we both said to one another let's just go back to where we started as we loved the rings we found there, but more importantly we were made to feel so important and welcomed. These are rings that we are both going to spend our lives wearing and this is so important, and now they are also tied to an amazing sales person Janine and experience that we received, and we would love to thank you and her from the bottom of our hearts.

Our work gang wanted to put together for something really specia for our boss and obviously spas and stuff in current situation is a no go so when we saw the item we were inlove. Unfortunately it was only in certain stores so when the lovely lady Janine answered the phone and held it for us and gave me the most incredible welcome and service i was so impressed.

We were both really impressed with the service we received and the time given to us and expert knowledge of your staff member, who gave us different options and ideas about which type and style of ring would be best suited for us on this occasion we can not praise the excellent service enough and look forward to our next visit

We booked an appointment but to me there was no need to book one personally unless we were just lucky. We had a much better experience with the Telford branch than what was the Shrewsbury branch as we were told things about our engagement ring that we weren’t told on the day of purchase after having a bad experience with first ring.
The lady was very nice, very helpful and I will definitely use them again for future purchases or tell friends and she gave her time for us. A think she had a laugh with us too.
