Excellent customer service. Staff so helpful and professional

Couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ve been struggling to find a wedding ring I like and suits my engagement ring but the assistant was so helpful getting out various styles to try on all whilst engaging in general conversation too. Nothing pushy but a very relaxed, covid friendly shopping experience - thank you!

The staff were very helpfull and very professional and I would certainly go back again and recommend the shop to friends. The shop was Lakeside Thurrock.

The Experian was good with very obijing staff who gave me excellent service, even to the point of offering me e relplacment mask as mine was damaged.

Extremely helpful member of staff helped select a new watch for my elderly mum. Had excellent product knowledge and was able to suggest potentially suitable watches. Would definitely return, the service was first rate.

Our recent visit was a very pleasant experience even though we ultimately spent quite a lot of money. Service was excellent, not pushy and highly professional. The sales assistant was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. It was good to see that a high level of service can still be found in retail outlets.

I was served by Allison. She was polite, respectful and found the exact ring that I wanted. I wasn’t sure about going shopping with all the restrictions by the shop was spacious, the queue was organised and it felt safe.
Would happily go again and check out those gorgeous watches.

For the first time I wished to own a high value ring. I was made very welcome, never rushed and I enjoyed the whole experience. My size had to be ordered and when I went to collect it I was again made very welcome and my time there was made special. We couldn’t have champagne because of Covid but the thought was there! Thank you

I had an insurance claim credit and incorrectly thought I might use the vouches and normal discount I have used in the past. Only to be told they did not apply. I was shown this on the small print and exceptions section of various published literature. I feel this would have affected how I dealt with my insurance company.

Was a very pleasant experience sales assistant was very helpful and informative but not too pushy! Nice to be let in to look at watches inside shop. During covid this had not been the case in all jewellers. Very happy with my purchase.
