What a terrible company. My husband and I have spent a fortune at Ernest Jones. In September I got my engagement ring replated as it is white gold. I had it for 6 years and it was very yellow. I wanted it to look good with my new eternity ring which my husband also brought from Ernest Jones and was very expensive. I got my engagement ring back a few weeks later and it looked great. However, after about four weeks
I noticed a diamond had come out. My husband took the ring in to the store and explained we had never had any problems until the replating so thought that Ernest Jones had probably loosened the stones. I got a call once it had been sent to the workshop to say that i must have caught it and it will be £210 to replace the diamond. I was very upset but despite anything I said they just said the workshop said it was my fault. I paid it reluctantly and I got my ring back again. Then again two weeks ago I noticed another stone had come out. I was astounded. My husband took it in to the store again and they said they would send it off to the workshop. I got an email yesterday to say again I must have caught it on something and this time it will cost £206 to replace the diamond. Is this just coincidence that everyone seems to catch their ring and cause diamonds to fall out or is it just Ernest Jones repairers ripping people off. I wish I had read the reviews on here before spending a small fortune at Ernest Jones. To add insult to injury the manager suggested getting the claws retiped after the first stone came out which I thought they did only to be told no it wasn’t done . Disgusting. I am so upset and angry. They are a complete disgrace. Buyer beware.

I was friendly greeted by both Debbie and Charlotte on entering the store who quickly assisted me on finding the perfect ring for my Girlfriend (Now Fiancé) They were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all my various questions.

I thought I’d borrowed the right ring to get the correct size for my girlfriend but it turned out the ring was slightly too big! But this wasn’t a problem and was really quickly sorted as Debbie ordered another ring in and had it ready for collection the NEXT DAY!

Can’t thank you both enough for making the whole process a lot less stressful and we will see you when we are looking for wedding rings in the near future.

We were buying a watch, and the chap in the shop (Yeovil) could not have been more patient, friendly and helpful. Delighted with the watch.

Went to our local shop to get advice on a watch for my daughter’s birthday. Very helpful sales assistant in Yeovil who forwarded me the information by email after I had said I wanted a bit of time to think about it as the one I liked best cost more than I wanted to spend. I was ecstatic to see that there was a generous online discount code which brought the watch back within budget. It arrived quickly and I was kept informed with tracking information. The watch was beautifully packaged and looks great on my daughter. A very good experience and I will definitely use Ernest Jones again in the future.

Fantastic service by two long serving manager & assistant. Probably why I keep coming back as bought our wedding rings here in Yeovil 25yrs ago. Very person centred and professional, nothing to much trouble.
