Because of the whole covid issue it took a long time to arrive, but as always we have received it.
Julie is very attentive and is always very attentive to orders.

Aunque la batería no era el mismo modelo la pude acoplar y esta funcionando, por lo demás todo bien.
Pague un extra por aduanas, me lo cobro directamente el cartero.

Una batería será compatible con muchos modelos, siempre que la forma y los parámetros de la batería sean los mismos que los de la batería anterior, se puede utilizar.
Lamentamos tener que pagar la tarifa adicional, trataremos este asunto lo antes posible.

Since batteries are dangerous products, we have to ship them through some special channels. However, European tax reforms are rapid, so customs duties will be levied on parcels when they arrive in the destination country. Our company is willing to bear customs duties. If you are taxed, please let us know by email.

Cuando llegó el paquete venia con un


Cuando llegó el paquete venia con un reenvolso de 6,75 E que ni correos España sabía de qué era. En 2 mensajes con Esbateria me dijeron de que era y me devolvieron el dinero. Era de un impuesto nuevo de la Unión Europea. Atención al cliente muy buena.

Debido a la reforma fiscal europea, básicamente todos los pedidos sin IOSS estarán sujetos a impuestos. Si se recauda el impuesto, le reembolsaremos la tarifa correspondiente.

We are serious about the laptop battery selling over 10 years. We recheck and retest the battery before shipping in order to send the correct battery to customers. We suggest customers leave the battery part No. or laptop model while ordering in order to double-check before dispatch.

OEM battery for less. Sure, if you can wait for it to get there it's a really great deal and a perfect fit every time. This is my third purchase from them.

We stock the top selling batteries in the local warehouse and dispatch the rare batteries from Hongkong warehouse. Anyway, we try out best to let the customers get the parcel in time.
