Quick delivery and goods a lot cheaper than the brand

A great price on my Italian soaps. Also a great website with lots of bargains. Quick delivery as well. Love it 10/10

Brilliant range of products for all my beauty needs. Products readily avaliable and arrive very quickly. Great promotions on and special deals for customers, who have an account. Generous points system, which provides even greater value for money. I will use Escentual for all my beauty needs from now on.

I was looking for some perfume and this company had the cheapest to be found anywhere. At first I was a bit wary as I’d never heard of them before, but I took a chance. I needn’t have worried. The service was excellent and the dispatch and delivery was very fast. The item was received in perfect condition and is the genuine article, just cheaper! What’s not to like? I’ll definitely use Escentual in the future.

Ordered a Guerlain gift set, significantly cheaper than anywhere else as far as I could see, free postage for higher priced items and delivered super quickly. Parcel included a bioderma serum tester too, very happy with everything and will buy from them again.

Been asked to review so I will. Ordered product for the first time and it’s been seven days and apparently it’s “still in transit”. Therefore, don’t know if it’s lost or just coming by carrier pigeon but wouldn’t advise using if you need something urgently, it’s not happening

Was happily using them, because of a good selection, decent prices, especially offers, and good service. However I also used them because they purport to support charity via Easyfundraising, and after an order with them through the Charity website didn’t lead to a small donation, I asked for this to be reviewed. They refused to make to donation saying it was through ‘another site’, which I do not accept. I wonder if their charitable support is a smokescreen, not actually done? So, no more orders from me, I will go elsewhere. So if charitable support is important to be, be aware.

Shipping was fast and product was great. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

First time of using this company. They were efficient and prompt with delivery, unfortunately using Evri who aren’t so great but no issues with delivery this time. Good discount off product too. I would recommend them.
