🛑🛑🛑 Please be careful buying from this Dealer. I have bought a Pickup truck and They have sold me completely faulty from Day one I have problems with the truck now is completely broken of and look like they don’t want to do anything with it. I made a big mistake to choose this garage and buy from them. 🛑🛑🛑

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this dealer.

I purchased a car from them that was Category N, which was not disclosed to me at any point when viewing or purchasing the vehicle. This is something I only discovered later. The car was also sold without wheel weights or proper alignment, making it unsafe to drive.

Shortly after purchase, multiple serious issues became apparent:
• Three oil leaks (rocker cover, oil sump gasket, and oil filter housing)
• Handbrake did not work
• General poor mechanical condition

When I raised these issues, the dealer refused to fix anything and dismissed my concerns by saying the car was “sold as seen”. This phrase does not remove a dealer’s legal responsibilities, especially when faults were present and undisclosed at the time of sale.

I made repeated attempts to resolve this professionally by:
• Using their online contact form
• Calling their mobile number and main line
• Sending texts and emails

All of these were ignored. I eventually had to turn up to the dealership in person just to get a response.

They also failed to complete basic DVLA paperwork:
• They promised to change ownership of the vehicle into my name but never did
• They also failed to remove my name from the ownership of my part-exchange vehicle

As a result, I received a DVLA penalty for a car I no longer owned, which is completely unacceptable.

What makes this worse is that the dealer has now bought the car back and relisted it for sale, at the same price I paid, despite the fact that it still has the same oil leaks and unresolved issues. The BMW E46 currently advertised by them was my car.

Overall, this dealer showed a lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic legal knowledge. The failure to disclose a Cat N status, refusal to address serious faults, ignoring communication, and mishandling DVLA ownership details makes this an experience I would not wish on anyone.
