I have tried multiple times and methods to contact and have received no response. My husband ordered the set of DVDs for my birthday last month. (Sentimental present as my grandparents who have passed away took me to see these shows when I was younger). The goods have never arrived. I will be pursuing a refund through my bank and seeing if there is somewhere I can report essgee to for not being a legitimate consumer business. Very disappointed.

It appears no one monitors their website anymore as my store purchase was never sent and after sending three emails (each a week apart) I still did not hear back.

There is no phone number only an email address which no one seems to monitor. Website took my payment and sent a receipt (via email) but the goods were never sent.

No way to contact anyway. Will be doing a charge back.

Very disappointing as they are the official company and distributor of their musicals, but it seems like as the owner is now in his 70s + he doesn’t have anyone managing his business.
