I contacted Marco first up to change the show and bath taps in my dad’s home. He was quick to respond, pricing was affordable, supplied everything and finished the job quickly. Called him again when I was having issues with dad’s toilets. Had to remove the toilet (without breaking it - thankfully) cleared the blockage without any issue. His pricing is competitive, his responses are quick and he’s generally a really good guy. I’ve recommended him to all my friends and family.

Called for an engineer to attend a property I rent out and see about some sockets that had stopped working. They attended and affected a repair and I was billed for an hour at what seemed (in this day and age) a reasonable rate - and they did tell me the rate before I booked I didn't go into it blind.

I wasn't there but the tenant reported back to me that the work was done well and the issue hasn't caused a problem since.

Called at 4pm with an emergency issue and they had a plumber with me by 6pm. Given it was an urgent emergency I cant complain about the cost, as the job was done very well and a repair made in about 45 minutes of his arrival.

Good service and helpful engineer

I cannot thank the team at ETA enough for the work carried out. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I felt 100% confident having their workforce in my home.

We contracted ETA to design and install a new fire alarm system in our warehouse. We were very impressed by the service that we received - all the way from their quote through to the finished install. All wiring is very neat and the engineers were very professional. Highly recommended.

The professional service provided by this company has meant that we have called upon their services a number of times. It has been an easy decision for our business to rely upon ETA Electrical whenever we have had a requirement for any installation or maintenance works.

Put up some new light fittings in my bedroom and kitchen. No complains at all - electrician was very nice and really seemed to know GIS stuff. Would use again definately.

They did a very good job. I had my fuse board changed for a new one. The electrician (Chris) was a very courteous guy, worked very well, kept his work area tidy and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone wanting any electrics done.

After a bad experience with a different firm trying to sort out some lightswitches in my living room (I had two light fittings on two different switches which I wanted changed to just one switch) I called ETA and Chris managed to sort things out very quickly. The previous contractor basically said it couldn't be done because there were too many wooden beams in the way of running a new cable in between the lights. Glad I got a second opinion because Chris managed to do the job simply by rewiring the switch.
He made it look easy, was very nice and worked very tidily/professionaly.

I highly recommend and would use again.
