ETB TYRES レビュー 

Paid and booked online for tyres, rang the the depot and confirmed but when I went in, I was told by the depot that tyres are not in yet, so they can't change the tyres which is true. I didn't receive any call and I was due for a long trip which is ruined now. The worse part is who to contact for refund? When you check online, it's only the local depot numbers available and the local depot already told me they can't do anything as done it online. 😟😟

Since I got the wheels aligned incorrectly, numerous problems have occurred with my vehicles, from various warning lights to the crankshaft pulley dropping off, I am convinced car was intentionally sabotaged by a young mechanic at the Sydenham, Leamington Spa branch

Great service from Andy and the team. Fully professional from start to finish. 5 stars as always and this is my third visit to ETB AUTOCENTRES NOTTINGHAM.

Honest & competitive pricing
Today having been advised by National tyres when a puncture was repaired, that I needed two new tyres & given a ridiculously high quote I rang around & found ETB Taunton.
My bookd appointment by Sam with a really sensible price was made.
Today when they looked at my car " You dont need new tyres, at least another 5,000 miles on them" Wow how honest & straight, such a rarity these days. The boys were charming, helpful & YES I will book for new tyres when needed. Highly recommend this ETB garage Priory Bridge rd Taunton.

Had four tyres fitted today at Hylton Road, Worcester, and had one of the best experiences i have ever had at a Tyre Shop. Russ the Manager was superb, very polite, professional and great communication throughout the experience, and the retail centres was clean and tidy with some informative information......and great to see the place so busy.

Have all of my three cars serviced and maintained at Stratford Upon Avon Branch.
Very competitive and honest in their approach - can strongly recommend them.

After a horrid experience with Black Circles, I cut out the middle man and went straight to ETB for my tyres. I spent a month being messed around by BC and during that experience, Chris from ETB tried to help me correct Black Circles mistakes. Once I went direct to ETB, they got me booked in and 90 minutes after dropping my car off, I was away with fresh tyres.

Great service!! I needed my car MOTing ASAP they fitted me in the same day, Pete was brilliant, my car failed he helped me so much, I called a number of times and nothing was too much trouble and he pointed me in the right direction everytime!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

went to the witney shop and the guy was polite and gave me a quote for 2 tyres, they didnt have the cheap ones in stock but had slightly more expensive ones in stock which was annoying but was fine. I asked if he could fit them now. nope. he said the tyre fitter has 3 sets to go already. I looked around and since i turned up till I left not one was doing any work apart from chatting and standing around. ovbiously not the owner running this. I was there with the cash and was turned away. I cant fault the guy who served me as I think he wasnt experienced in the fitting side and was polite but no one was working and I was turned away. I will not return thanks

Got a quote for new disks and pads , balancing and tracking to be done on my BMW X3 and to be fair it was such a good price i booked it in there and then ! Other garages nearby were miles off on their pricing and with Kwik fit being over £200 more that's one big savings .

I would not recommend to anyone, especially women or at least those without a decent technical understanding of cars and tyres.

My wife went in for like for like replacements but was told that they didn't have the tyres in stock but did have a different model from the same brand. She asked if there was any difference but was told, "not much". It turns out that they have replaced her all season tyres with summer tyres, despite it being December. My wife put her trust in them but it seems they have taken advantage of her and, by refusing to put right what they have done, left us with potentially unsafe tyres through the rest of winter.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very unapologetic for what had been done and at times, rude and argumentative.

Despite their website claiming that, "ETB Autocentres has prided itself on its knowledgeable, open, and honest advice, with our customers’ safety at the forefront of all we do", it seems this is just empty marketing and they are either unknowledgeable, untrustworthy or just don't care about safety!

Update: ETB's response to this review took 2 months and they have still not addressed the issue with me or my wife personally. In itself, their response now only further demonstrates their awful customer service and it's content confirms that they are not as knowledgeable as they claim to be. They make no mention of the differences in rubber compound, tread depth, or tread pattern that are specific all season tyres, and seem to be taking the approach of trying to baffle their customers. Their own FAQs discuss all season tyres, yet they are now trying to omit their benefits over summer tyres.

ETB, please stop claiming to be knowledgeable, you clearly haven't trained your staff well enough to follow through on this. It's building a misplaced perception of trust in your customers and leading them to make misinformed decisions for that could directly reduce their safety.

Absolutely awful staff. Swearing and rude. Overheard one guy informing me one of the technicians can't do the balancing properly but they still send vehicles out.
Waited 2 and a half hours then told me they don't have the tires they said they had. No option,only budget tires and they didn't even apologise!

I had four tyres replaced on my Mercedes ML yesterday at ETB Nottingham. They were excellent, i will be going to them and recommending them to all friends now. Very easy to find, new premises, waiting room clean and modern, spacious with friendly staff. I arrived and as I stepped in was greeted with a 'Good Morning Jon' which made me very welcome straight away. My paperwork was ready on the counter to be signed. I was given good advice about future tyres and then I left to go home whilst the tyres were fitted. At 11.30am I was called to say the car was ready. Again when I arrived I was greeted straight away, I had asked for an old tyre to kept as a spare thinking it had good tread left on it for a spare. They chose the best tyre and put it in my boot. I was advised the tyre pressure monitor on the car had been reset would take a few miles to settle. The next day i realised the old tyre I had brought home didn't have that much tread, so i called them to ask if i could take it back. They said I could. I took the tyre back, just as I pulled up , a member of staff came out and took the tyre from me. I am really impressed with Adrian and his staff, I can't fault anything. Customer service top notch, a long way from the other tyre places I have been to over the years. I will be recommending to people I know and certainly will be a repeat customer.

A couple of days ago, my wife took her car in for the second time. On both occasions it was for puncture repair. On both occasions the garage stated that the puncture could not be repaired and a new tyre was required. On the first occasion I gave the garage the benefit of the doubt, but for it to happen twice I'm extremely dubious. To be frank, I think they're conning people into buying a new tyre, and on the first occasion my wife had to pay for a premium tyre because they didn't have an economy one in stock... this tyre is an extremely common one, for a Toyota Aygo.
The tyre that apparently had to be replaced is less than three months old.
I have read other reviews, including 5* reviews here where customers have gone there with a puncture, paid for a new tyre, and given a 5* review. I suspect they don't realise, and won't realise until it's happened to them more than once.
We won't use this garage again.

Adrian and his team inc Dylan have seen my BMW on a number of events now inc an MOT today and also 2 rear tyres last month

The lads are friendly honest and most off all it’s a nice clean garage and brilliant time to spend the time while car is been sorted.. will keep using you and keep up the good work!

Took my two year old car there for a pair of front tyres , on completion nearly two hours later noticed one of my polished alloy wheels had a large scrag on the surface , I know for a fact it wasn’t there before , looks like the power wrench might have slipped and made the mark as it is semi circular, they have denied causing the damage saying I must of hit a kerb , not happy and won’t be going anywhere near the place again 😡
