âI am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Eureka Forbes regarding my Aquaguard purchase made on April 4, 2026. This has been a textbook example of how to lose customer trust through misinformation and zero accountability.
âThe Timeline of Failure:
âApril 5: The product was found defective upon installation by Eureka Forbes' own technician. In my presence, the technician contacted the company and assured me a replacement would arrive within 10 days. âApril 15: After 10 days of silence, I contacted Customer Care. To my shock, I was told my complaint was only being "lodged today," effectively admitting that the previous 10 days of waiting were based on a false promise. âApril 20: Five days later, there has been no outreach. When I call, I am redirected to an "allotted person" on the Eureka Forbes app who refuses to answer the phone.
âAs of today, April 20, I am stuck with a dead-on-arrival product that I paid for over two weeks ago. My query isn't just unresolvedâit is being ignored.
âFormal Notice: If this issue is not resolved via an immediate refund or replacement within 24 hours, I will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum for "unfair trade practices" and "deficiency in service."

Forbes Smartclean with Home mopping
We bought a Forbes Smartclean with Home Moping Pro in May 25. Initially few months it worked well but in October 25 it's motor stopped working after complaint they repaired the motor.
Since 12 February it stopped mopping and also started moving in wrong directions and also stopping anywhere.
First they wasted more than a month in checking the problem then their technician told that there is a problem in spring. We have forwarded the complaint.After recieving the spring within few days, will resolve our complaint.
But our complaint didn't resolved and is still as it was. They again collected our device. We are trying to contact the technician but they are not picking the phone.
I am surprised to see that with such a worse service how this company is surviving.
It's my suggestion to all, please don't go on advertisement, be wise and don't buy any product from Eureka. They don't have technical persons

We are using Aquaguard for a long time but in recent years the service is very bad so when switching to a new house I am very doubtful to buy a new one from Aquaguard but sales rep promised it is branded and he will take care of the service.
So I bought this Model Aqua guard on 5th of October 2024 . After a year I signed up for an AMC for which I was charged high but still I went for it.
From the start of April the machine isnât working properly I raised a complaint immediately and a representative came and told that the PCP has to be changed.
After which I am following the customer care regularly but no necessary actions has been taken yet. In this summer I am purchasing water can all day even though I am paying for the AMC. I suggest no one to purchase this brand and suggest not to take an AMC as the service is very poor. I want no one else to go under this immense stress and difficulty.

I had a very disappointing experience with Eureka Forbes, and based on this, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing their products.
I purchased a robotic cleaning device, and within just six months, the front wheel got damaged on its own without any misuse. When I raised a service request, I was shocked to be quoted â¹4200 for the repair. It felt unreasonable and gave the impression that customers are treated as a source of money rather than being supported.
Instead of proceeding with their service, I managed to fix the issue myself at a cost of only â¹150, which clearly shows how overpriced their repair charges are.
Additionally, the buttons on the robot stopped working. This time, I had no option but to send the device to their service center. Now, I am being told it will take a minimum of 21 days to repair. This is far too long for a basic issue, and there has been no clear explanation for the delay.
Communication has been equally frustrating. When I call the service center, the response is poor and unhelpful. I even requested to speak with a senior manager, but no one followed up or contacted me. The lack of accountability is very disappointing.
Whatâs even worse is that the salesperson who was very responsive and persuasive before the purchase is now completely unhelpful, simply saying that I need to deal directly with the company.
Overall, both the product quality and after-sales service have been unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying products from this company. I would also advise others to be cautious before recommending it to family and friends.

I am writing this to warn anyone considering buying from Eureka Forbes. I recently spent â¹25,000 on an Aquaguard Nova, and the experience has been a total betrayal of trust.
The salesperson, Subbarao, made all sorts of promises to get the sale on April 7th, but the moment I paid the money and the unit was delivered, he went completely silent. He is now dodging all my calls. Even more shocking is that his manager, Raju Goud, is also refusing to answer my calls or take any responsibility.
The technician they sent, Ramachandra, was incredibly unprofessional. He started the work, but because his own drilling machine was broken, he just left the installation half-finished and walked out. He actually had the nerve to be rude and told me to complain wherever I want.
I have an open complaint (CM-090426-70113997), but all I get are automated emails while my kitchen is left in a mess and my family is without water. Itâs clear this team only cares about taking your money; once the payment is done, you are on your own.
Iâm taking this to the National Consumer Helpline next. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this specific sales team.
