Eurocasa Holday was founded in 1988, when tourism in the countryside was not yet as widespread as it is today. We started by renting 4 houses in Marciano della Chiana (Arezzo), where our office is based, then from year to year the interest has grown up, our offer has expanded and now covers about 300 accommodations including Holiday Villas, Apartments and Farmhouses mainly in Tuscany, but also in other regions of central Italy such as Umbria and Lazio.

Alice and Michela, the Product Managers, personally visit each villa and each apartment to make sure they meet our standard of quality and to give you all the necessary information to choose which accommodation will suit you best. So all the houses you see on Eurocasa website have been visited and selected for you.

Lucrezia and Elisa, the Customer Care Managers, are just waiting to answer your questions and facilitate the choice of the perfect house for your holidays. If you don't have the time or you don’t feel like to browse for hours searching your ideal holiday home, all you have to do is just to send a quote, tell us your needs and we will do the search for you, proposing the best offers of the moment.

Pulizia precaria

Gli ambienti non erano curati (diverse parti rotte) e soprattutto la pulizia era carente...davvero un peccato perché in se l'abitazione avrebbe un gran potenziale.

ci dispiace molto se la casa non ha rispecchiato le tue aspettative. Se ci avesi informato che durante il tuo soggiorno c'erano delle carenze saremmo potuti intervenire.
In ogni caso verificheremo di persona le condizioni della casa per poter offrire un servizio ancora migliore ai futuri ospiti.
Spero comunque che ci sentiremo ancora se deciderai di trascorrere di nuovo le tue vacanze in Toscana.

Wonderfull stay

Dear Lucrezia. The house was wonderful. We were very satisfied with the welcome at the arrival. Roberta explained everything very well. We were satisfied with the cleanliness. There was a problem with water in one of the rooms but Roberta‘s brother fixed it and it was also the unlucky weather conditions. Also the lights on the terrace and outside did not work the first night but I understood it was also due to the heavy rain. We were very satisfied with the handling of the booking. We will definitely want to come again to this house. Regarding the booked wine tour, it will be good if they are offering also a menu for the kids. They were for free but we did not understood that they have not been included for the food. We would have preferred to pay additional a smaller fee for the children and to include them for the ham and cheese plates, or offer some pasta for them. They were hungry.
For the final rating: I would definitely rate the house, the pool, the view, the area with a 10. We really enjoyed it. For the weather I give a 9, hope to have more sunny days the next time we come 😊😉. We will make the review on Google. Thank you again for everything. Greetings to you and Roberta from NÃŒrnberg. 🥰

Poorly equipped dangerous, Casina Del Bosco villa

I wrote a 1600 word review for La Casina Del Bosco but cant cut and paste it and wont write again so a short summary. track leading to villa is more suitable for larger vehicles. Vlilla was poorly equipped and dangerous with wet power sockets, broken step leading to pool and broken pool step, filthy rusty BBQ, broken sunshade. there is no place inside to sit and relax. The dishwasher doesn't get hot so things don't wash, one sink leaks, the plug in the other doesn't work so effectively there is nowhere to wash up. Shower try feels spongy, the fiberglass gel coat has cracked and sooner or later someone will get a fiberglass splinter in their foot. the whole site is cluttered. This said the site is tranquil and gives great solitude. The agents are helpful but seem to lack regular inspections and reviews of their property portfolio.
