Evanik Is the Worst SaaS Experience We've Ever Had — Broken Software, Broken Promises
We had one of the worst SaaS experiences ever with Evanik.
We subscribed to Evanik OneWorld Suite hoping to streamline reconciliation and marketplace reporting. Instead, we got:
Completely inaccurate reports
Settlement mismatches
Incorrect return data
And a tool that created more chaos than clarity
After weeks of reporting issues to their team, we finally asked for a refund — and were told by Shubham from Evanik:
“Don’t worry sir, you will get your refund.”
That refund never came.
Instead, the Evanik team did the following:
❌ Ignored emails and WhatsApp messages
❌ Refused to take ownership — Mr. Nitin said he’s “just sales,” Mr. Arpit said it’s not his job
❌ Blocked our team’s numbers
❌ No response from Rashmi (Customer Success), Harsh Ranjan (CTPO), or even CEO Mayank
Evanik’s customer service is non-existent, their platform is broken, and their ethics are deeply questionable.
We are now taking legal action against Evanik, filing disputes via Razorpay, and posting our experience publicly across Amazon Seller Forums and review platforms to ensure no other business falls into the Evanik trap.
If you’re a seller or D2C brand considering Evanik — don’t do it.
This company does not stand by its product, does not honour refunds, and most importantly — does not respect customers.

Absolutely terrible product, even worse on-boarding by Prashanth. He seems to be absolutely clueless. The synced information between the portal and platforms arent matching. The team doesn't respond to assist. We have paid for a 3 month package and unfortunately lost the entire cost of the same.
Would suggest you to never use their service.
Worst service
After one month of subscription i am still not guided for reconciliation of repors.There is no service or guidance support.Even they hardly care that you have subscribed for there services.
