I’m personally into gadgets, so I picked up G2 glasses more out of curiosity. What I didn’t expect is how “non-gadgety” it feels. No camera and no speakers, just a display that gives you info when you need it. Been using it a lot of late for work calls, navigation, and translation. The live transcript is honestly underrated. I catch way more details now in conversations, which is great. The only minor issue is the UI takes a while to get used to, especially with touch controls. But once you do, it’s actually pretty smooth.

an amazing piece of kit but they are just too small! what an absolute shame, this tech is exactly what i want but the frames even with adjustment look too small.
PLEAS PLEASE PLEASE cater for people that need a larger frame.

My glasses are one of the best purchases I've made recently. They look clean, feel very light, and the privacy feature is huge bonus for me. I wear them to the gym, to meetings, even on dates, lol. So far, no one suspects a thing. Conversate is pretty accurate and saves me so much time after meeting. My only complaint is the software still has some bugs here and there. But they update pretty often, so big deal. Solid product overall.

These are the first smart glasses I've bought that don't look like a toy or feel like a brick on my face. At 36g they're seriously light and genuinely comfortable. I've been using the navigation feature when I'm biking to the office and it's been discreetly useful. The only thing that bugs me a bit is the app is still kind of basic. Wish I could customize the home screen and play around with it more. Other than that, I'm impressed with Even G2.

It's a lot lighter than I expected, and the battery life is also solid, lasting close to two days if you're not using it nonstop. This is a big plus for me. The live transcript and AI prompts actually help more than I thought they would too.

Had issues with one pair of G2s, but customer service was always helpful and informative about the replacement process. I have been using G2 for a while now, and although they are great glasses, very responsive, still very much held back by software and a lack of useful apps. Whilst I hope connectivity issues and software gets better in time , this product still feels in its early stages. R1 ring has been such a hit and miss that I've started using the touch pad on the glasses instead.

I spent over £1,100 on Even G1 prescription glasses and accessories.

After the frames literally fell apart (exposed metal on the arms, as the housing had come away) just after the warranty, I paid £109 for a "3-week" repair.

​It has been TWO MONTHS and they just told me I have to wait another MONTH.

​The "customer service" is a joke. They have fed me a different lie every week to cover their tracks:

​They told me they were "assembling the battery." (Lie)

​Then they said frames were "out of stock." (Lie)

​Then they promised a ship date and missed it. (Lie)

​Then they blamed the "prescription" (which they've had since Feb). (Lie)

​Today, they claim that a "minor flaw" means they have to start the whole process over again and I won't see my glasses until LATE APRIL.

​I have been wearing a cheap backup pair of glasses for 8 weeks because this "premium" brand is a disorganized shambles.

They offer $20 coupons while they hold £1,100 of your money hostage.

Their "transparency" is a fraud and their build quality is bottom-tier.

I purchased these glasses for use in public speaking. They worked once, and I actually received compliments. Unfortunately, every attempt after that failed. The display became unreliable and could only be read sporadically, forcing me to stop mid-presentation and revert to my phone. It was embarrassing and completely defeats the purpose of the product.

The charging is also inconsistent. At times the unit would not charge at all, including the case. Even after setting it aside and retrying later, the issue persisted.

Customer service was even more frustrating:

I reported the issue and was asked for photos and incomplete instructions on jpeg that were never sent or improperly delivered.

After providing what I could, I was asked for even more detailed videos and diagnostics which i have no time to solve their problem.

When I requested a simple advance replacement, they required a nearly $600 deposit, plus shipping, and would only refund it if they determined the unit was defective.

That condition alone shows a lack of confidence in their own product and the likelihood that I will be $1200 invested in another defective product.

To make matters worse, I later discovered that the G1 model I purchased had been discontinued days after shipment in favor of a G2 product. The company has avoided addressing this directly.

At this point, the product is unusable and the support process is like nothing i have ever experienced or would ever tolerate in my own medical device business's customer support.

At 36g, Even G2 feels lighter than normal glasses, and I would forget I’m wearing them after the first hour or so. The no-camera design was the main reason I got them. I work in finance and can’t risk using something that looks like it's recording. Another plus is the R1 ring that makes checking alerts easy and discreet. Highly recommended overall.

Even the G2 is really light, has a long battery life. and is perfect for my line of work because it emphasizes privacy. Conversate could still be a little more context-aware, I guess, but so far, it's been a great experience.

I live in the city and commute a lot, so Even G2's navigation feature is actually useful. No need to grab my phone at crosswalks any more. The titanium feels premium and doesn't leave marks on my nose even after hours. My colleagues ask about my "new glasses" and I just say it's a prescription update, lol. Only downside I've noticed is the occasional Bluetooth drop if my phone is across the room, but it reconnects quickly. Overall I'm very happy with them.

Glasses are bricked.
I put my glasses in silent mode while I was at the gym. The battery must have died, and now they are stuck in silent mode (no display). I've:
- removed and re-paired
- factory reset
- deleted and reinstalled the app

Nothing is working and support just keep telling my to take my glasses out of silent mode? Don't bother.

I forget I’m wearing them on most days, which was not the case with other smart glasses I've tried. I appreciate the no-camera design too, because I work in a privacy-sensitive environment. Nobody ever questioned them as they just look like normal glasses.

Most of my work calls are with colleagues in different countries, and I used to get exhausted from trying hard to understanding everyone. With the real-time translation and summaries, I can focus on the conversation instead of worrying about what I might miss. I’m speaking up more now because I understand everything. The display is bright but subtle — no one has ever noticed them. This is the first tech product I’ve owned that genuinely reduced my work stress.

It’s been more than 2 months and nothing yet about my glasses. Not even prescription lens, just regular ones.

Order was placed in the US.

They keep sending automatic replies when you send email inquiring.

Worst experience.

When I ordered my Even G2 a while back, my partner kept teasing me about buying “another gadget.” After trying the live translation on a trip, now they want a pair too.

I would say the best part is how natural the interaction is. With a slight ring movement, the information just updates. No need for voice commands or gestures. Comfort level is a 10. I wear prescription glasses normally and these feel just as good.

Shipping took about a month, but the community updates helped manage expectations.Unboxing felt very premium — like opening a pair of high-end glasses. It's like having notes in your head that no one else can see.I'm also surprised by how comfortable they are. I wear them for entire afternoons and would completely forget they are smart glasses. Looking back, the wait was well worth it.
