Easy communication and eager to help out. Planners were very patient and offered many choices to help best suit us. Guided us when we were confused. Very friendly. Would love to work with Eventors again in future.

Eventors was wonderful to deal with from start to finish and dealt with many tweaks to the program over the planning months effortlessly. They were prompt and clear in their responses and really made an effort to understand the vision of the event I was planning. Would definitely work with again!

I found their service through a google search for "unique event vendors". So happy I did because they had a TON of options for vendors from food, entertainment, rentals, etc. What's great is that you see pricing right away. You don't need to submit a request and wait for a quote. I was able to book everything I needed for my event right away. BIG time saver. Really great service!

I used Eventors for a few events in the past with the most recent in 2023. The platform was super easy to use and I booked several vendors for our company holiday party. I also used a coordinator through eventors to help me manage the bookings and schedule. The vendors I used for one of the office parties were a pizza station, sushi station and the magic bartenders!! So many other great options to choose from. It really help me set things up easily and saved a ton of time!

I didn't think it could work but I was wrong. I have a couple midsized venues and during this time it has just been about absolute sh** with all that's going on. I've somehow managed to get some small events a lot of micro weddings, intimate family gatherings, it's mainly because we have outdoor areas at all our spaces and our capacities are relatively low. Eventors came up to me asking to partner with them, and I haven't regret it since. At first I was like, what are these people spewing, but I see it, this marketplace is really working for me as a venue space. It makes it so much easier for people to book my spaces bc of my preferred vendor list, people come to the viewings and say they need to re-plan their wedding or birthday party or baby shower, and I just give them a link to the site and they can find everything they need. If you're a venue owner and don't have a preferred vendor list, I HIGHLY recommend you get one now with Eventors. Only the big venues could really do this type of thing, and now I see why. With Eventors I now have my own preferred vendor list and make commissions on everything my clients book. I'm definitely not making as much as I was before this pandemic, but at least I can make up for some of the loss with the bookings I do have coming in

Event planning just got so much easier. I'm not an event planner for a living, but I plan so many events and gathers and Eventors just makes it so easy to find all the vendors I need, and I can find all these different and unique services too. It's amazing that you can find all the basics and then all the wow factors too like petting zoos, circuses, dancers, LED trees, you name it. I love this site.
Also, this pandemic didn't bother me at all since I was still able to plan everything easily even if it was a dinner in my backyard. All in one click I can plan my whole event
