Fantastic service from start to finish had good conversation with the engineer after seeing some of the old reviews who explained the company had a full revamp and is under new ownership! As for the engineer he was professional polite and very understanding with what we required he even gave me food for through given that I had my aerial installed by him and are now coming back to install me a new cctv system to my property fantastic service!

Recently there has been some crime in my village and I was becoming increasingly paranoid about my home and pets while I am at work during the day. Everest were very helpful in advising on the best and most cost efficient camera for my house/ garden. They even have night vision!
Although, I am becoming addicted now I know i can watch it at work via my phone, haha!

Fantastic service from the start...
I called with an emergancy for my hotel as the whole service had gone down while I had paying guests and even more booked in to arrive that day. The guys arrived within the hour and got everything back up and running very quickly. Not only was the service smooth and efficient, the engineers completing the job were well mannered and friendly. Thanks again! Added to my speed dial for future issues. I'll be in touch soon regarding that CCTV! Cheers.

Used this company to install a new Ariel back in December at a cost of £300. Having problems with the signal so phoned to arrange for them to come and look at fixing the problem, failed to turn up, tried calling to find out what happened for them to either tell lies or not even answer the call, they need to practise their own ethics which are clearly stated on the website. Would not recommend at all

Concerned after seeing poor reviews but they have been to our property today to set up new TV and wall mount it. Can only comment on our personal experience but we had no issues with them. Reasonably priced and pleasant gentlemen. I cannot comment on after service unless we require it in the future but very happy up to now. We had booked another company to come out before we used Everest but they messed us about. Everest did arrive when they said they would.

I wish I had looked on the reviews before having this company to do my Ariel. They have charged me £220 to fit an Ariel in my loft with wires bound together with black tape, disconnected one bedroom Ariel in the process. I have rang them over 14 times in a week to come & put it right, two promises to come back & they haven’t turned up. I now have a child very disappointed with no new telly in her bedroom & having to pay someone else to put it right. DO NOT use them.

LAZY, ARROGANT, GREEDY, SLOPPY. These people are locally based but best avoided. They gave me an ALL INCLUSIVE quote of a massive £280 for activating 4 aerial points in a New build and setting up 2 new TV's. They knew the builders had done most of the wiring leaving cables in the attic for connection.
On arrival they were not pleased that 2 rooms required drop down cables.
They fitted the cables but would not tidy them saying the trunking is so cheap they do not do it.
They tried to fit a wall bracket to Plasterboard using Concrete plugs, this wrecked the wall leaving 2 huge holes open which they denied responsibility for.
One Aerial outlet was not working and they refused to fix it even though they could see the problem.
They would not connect and test the Home Cinema even though they quoted for all inclusive service.
There were in the property for 35 minutes for that £280. They did not even clean up their own mess, just in a mad rush to collect the cash and leave us with a huge repair bill.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Cowboys! Second hand parts were used only discovered after using somebody different to fix their mistakes. Shoddy workmanship and expensive do not use!

Despicable company. We paid £420 to fit satellite dish which failed within a week. Came out once to refit and failed again. Since then they have failed to return to fix the problem despite saying they would on 6 occasions. They lie and are extremely rude. Now taking them to small claims court unless they refund my money. BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Booked an engineer as i was receiving a poor quality signal. He scanned my signal reception at several outlets and concluded that the problem was with the cabling in the attic. He then fitted a new lead from the wall to the TV & replaced the 3 way splitter in the attic. I could have bought the parts for around £5 and it took him around 45 minutes to complete the work including the scanning. This came to £110. I think this is a bit steep considering a complete new aerial & cable installation is around £150 - £200. To their credit, it had fixed my reception, but at a price!
