I withdrew my children from lessons due to the extremely large class sizes that see kids spending most of their time standing on the side of the pool. The changing rooms are also invariably filthy.

After emailing to directly ask them to cancel the lessons in June 2025 they emailed back to confirm that they had. Further down the email it said that if I didn’t cancel with my bank myself I would be charged ‘the following month’ implying 1 more month of charges would be taken. As in 2024 when I had cancelled swimming lessons with them they had also cancelled all continuing payments from their end I assumed this would happen again but no, they continued to take money from me every month for 6 months despite written agreement that they would cancel the lessons. The name Everyone Active didn’t show in my direct debits list so I assumed it had been cancelled. Infact they take money under the name ‘sports and leisure management’ which they don’t inform you of. They had also been continuing to charge me from a previous leisure centre despite us having transferred from godalming to Haslemere
months before! Their administration is an absolute mess and they blame it on the customer. When I contacted them to request a refund they told me this was entirely my own fault and that they would not refund me! This policy is absolutely abhorrent based on their previous actions of not taking payments when you cancel lessons with them directly and it is tantamount to theft since we have never attended another lesson and they had given the slots to other children who would also have been paying.

Avoid this place like the plague, your children will make no progress and even when you cancel they’ll continue to take your money

Good location, lovely swimming pool & free parking!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jack who was calm, helpful and marvellous when my friend felt the beginnings of an epileptic fit. He could not have handled the situation any better, we felt in very very safe hands

Hazelmere Leisure Centre Surrey. Yes its good but if only they turned the Spa Sauna up to a decent Sauna temperature for f sake - and then they stick childish signs every where saying 'don't pour water over the heater' just how dumb are they.

Repeated customers have repeatedly asked them (including myself) to turn it up, and they all blame each other including the maintenance guy (the biggest b/s'er) and of course they never turn it up which makes it a pointless facility.

Very good leisure centre with a pool, gym, fitness classes and squash court. equipment is in good condition and lots of parking. the staff are very friendly.

The staff are professional and helpful. I originally started in January a while back and would recommend this as a good time to start as there are often deals to get you on track. No matter what your age, ability or size and disability it’s really important for mindset and motivation and health. Working in a group activity with others who are friendly and have the same goals is great but the gym can also create a routine for you and your goals be it weight loss or trying to help with your disability.

The gym has been redone and is now smaller than ever !
They have also put a 2 hour restriction on parking for your session which means if you go over this you will be charged £100 (I found this out the hard way !)
So if you are keen on the gym like me beware this gym is quite small and gets very busy so it’s very easy to run over and get charged.

I’m just wasting my money for swimming lessons on pre school stage 2 on Saturday!

I swim regularly at Haslemere Leisure Centre and have usually found my booking time works well with my requirements.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The facilities are good although they are beginning to need a little more attention to upkeep.

Clean facilities and friendly atmosphere. I love the option to swim in specified ability lanes.

The customer service is always great, I really appreciate having a safe, friendly space to be able to exercise in.
