would like to say a huge thank you to Mollie and Paige for all their help and support throughout my loan application. The entire process, from start to finish, took just over a week .
Everything was explained very clearly, and I had no doubts at any stage about what I was committing to, including the high interest rate. Through no fault of my own, I incurred some debt over the past two years. I was managing to keep up with payments, but by consolidating my debts I now have just one payment going out each month. After everything is paid, I’m still left comfortable for the rest of the month.
Thank you once again for all your help and support.

Very quick and easy to use

Wanted 5 year loan .got 15 year loan against my house never checked value them selves and hard sale pitch got me .dont trust these people not got your best intrests just want fleece u for every penny .nothing explained and very hard to get out of .avoid

What a fantastic experience we had with Evolution. I would highly recommend. They explained everything clearly and were very efficient. Yes they went into our finances but I am pleased they did because you have to be in a position to pay it back. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely awful experience with Evolution Money. The staff are completely inconsistent—one person tells you one thing, and the next tells you something entirely different. There’s no clear communication or accountability, which makes the whole process frustrating and confusing.

What’s even worse is how they handle complaints. They simply don’t take them seriously. Instead of addressing issues properly, you’re brushed off or given generic responses that solve nothing.

Overall, a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.

Had a 2nd charge loan from these loan sharks. Never missed a payment. Went through a remortgage to pay it off early and the settlement was for exactly the same amount we had borrowed 2 years earlier??? Wtf. It was essentially an interest only loan. Check the small print people. These company needs auditing!! Disgraceful how they prey on desperate people!!

Very good experience

After long discussion and questions (which is understandable) with underwriter, then put me on hold and disconnected the phone while and never bothered to call me back. I tried to chase few times but reception kept saying he’s busy/not available. Then dropped a simple cold email that couldn’t process my application. At least have courage to speak on the phone then at least I would have known. Very unprofessional.

Great interactions from start to finish. Jason the mortgage advisor went through everything thoroughly and stayed in contact regularly throughout my application ensuring everything was explained to me, Georgia the underwriter and Laura from the funding department also maintained thst regular contact. Everyone made for an easy stress free application process. Thank you so much for all of your help.

DO NOT borrow money from this company, they are worse than a loan shark, I would have preferred to have used a loan shark!
I was referred by a mortgage broker to clear off my credit cards so I could get a better mortgage deal when my mortgage was up for renewal, I was told they are the only lender who would give a loan when you have help to buy so I thought I didn’t really have a choice.
I borrowed £21,000 to clear my cards, they added £3,000 for costs and said the loan was 20% interest rate, I thought that wasn’t too bad, however firstly my mortgage was automatically renewed so I didn’t have to get this loan to clear my cards.
I took out the loan in November 2023, so to date that’s 2 years and 3 months, I’ve paid £15,299.59 in monthly payments, and today paid £19, 642.10 to clear and close the loan, so for borrowing £21,000 2 years and 2 months ago has ACTUALLY cost me £34,941.69, if that’s not extortionate I don’t know what is, I would have got a better deal from a bloody loan shark, biggest mistake I’ve made in my whole life time 😡

Very clear on risks and expectations. proffesional and helpful to complete the requirements. James Dacha was very helpful.

Very friendly, made sure I was fully aware of all information presented to me. Didn’t get frustrated when I asked for further clarification on what was being discussed. Explanation very thorough and even advised on what solutions were available for consolidating my debt.

Very bad rates or expensive loan, acting as if they are helping you out. A trap for those who don't know numbers. They can waste your time as well.
