Disclaimer: I have done paid promotions for this company in the past, but I am doing this review on my own. That said...

E-Win chairs have been amazing for me, which is why I was OK giving my word to others about their product. I'm 42 years old now, and I sit in my chair often for 60+ hours a week. Prior to E-Win, my butt and back would always hurt after several hours, and I had a constant back pain, this was in a $350 office chair I purchased from office depot. I've had my current e-win chair for 3 years now, and it is every bit as comfortable today as it was day 1, and the only real wear on it is from my cat trying to scratch it a few times here recently. I now have 2 of their newer champion series for both of my kids who are now teenagers, and they like them a lot as well.

I have had a great experience with this company as a content creator. I love my Ewin Flash XL chair. It's high quality and It's my main chair. I highly recommend Ewin Racing!!!

I've had 3 chairs , and all 3 are still intact. Simple to put together and has great durability, also fast shipping.

I have 2 Ewin Racing chairs. They are the most durable chairs I've owned. Built for people of all sizes with large seat pads and 550lb weight limit. And, the comfort has been unmatched for chairs in this price range.

I have 3 chairs and now I have their desk. I’ve had the chairs for over a year and they are still like new. I use them daily. The new desk I have from them is a game changer. It’s very well made, sturdy and keeps my cables organized. Cant wait to see what they come out with next.

I've had an ewin for 4 years now and the chair never lets me down. It has had no problems so far and thats saying alot for some of these other chair companies!

I love this chair I got the champion chair and it’s amazing very luxurious comfortable adjustable and durable!

The packaging, tools, and instructions made assembly easier than expected. As a tall person, it's the best 'fitting' chair that I've ever owned. It's well-balanced and sturdy while maintaining comfort and back support.

The worst gaming chair I've ever tried. Hard, poor quality, and awful custoner service.

I bought one of these about three years ago. the bottom seat plate broke (obviously not a wear issue, but a defect issue). They wanted $250 to send me a part that might fix the chair. For the price these things are not durable (cost me over $500.00). I weigh 185 lbs, the chair is rated for 550 lbs. Seriously shop someplace else. These things look nice but quality inside is not there.

I've been using ewin since July of 2018, I have purchased 2 chairs for myself, and 2 chairs for family. 0 issues with any of them. My original pick was a calling series that didn't break for 6 years, when it did it was easy to fix with a cheap replacement part, I would still be using that same chair but I broke it in a move. Now I have ordered a much better newer version and am very excited. Customer support is A+ the same person from 8 years ago on twitter/X is still there communicating. Can't recommend them enough.

Do not buy this chair. The company has been giving me a run around for days. They don’t have the one I ordered in stock. I asked to cancel the order. Sent several emails. Finally got them to say they would refund within 24hrs….the charge is still there. Unfortunately no phone number to call.

If you are a consumer looking for a great product in a chair, it is not coming from E win racing. The chair is extremely uncomfortable, not only the product that costs $400 break after five months of casual use. Be prepared if you buy this chair to have the seat cushion and a backrest installed by yourself because the ones provided (if it comes with any) are horrible. After my chair recliner and lift broke, I contacted the customer service department. Let me tell you, these people are not into customer service, and once they have your money, that is all they care about. They are rude, curt, and do not understand what it means to be a customer service representative. Be prepared if you buy this horrible product; once it breaks under warranty, you will have to undergo a chat system in which they make their office hours, promise to email you without following through, and treat you like utter garbage. I've learned my lesson; I hope you don't have to. Oh, I forgot you could extend the warranty if you lie and say their product is good on a review and post it.

I purchased a broken chair new in the box, ewin refused to send repair parts or warranty of any kind yet it stats a 2 year warranty! I complained to PayPal got no place, they said call your bank, called bank and I got my money back! Hay EWIN if you want your chair back send a box and a prepaid label!

I’ve had my E-Win Racing gaming chair for four years, and it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made for my setup. The chair has held up incredibly well with daily use, staying comfortable and supportive the entire time. When the seat cushion finally started to show its age, I didn’t want to replace the whole chair because the rest was still in great condition. E-Win’s customer service was outstanding they helped me get a replacement seat quickly and walked me through every step. Thanks to their support, I get to keep the chair I love for years to come.

I bought a chair fo my hubby and a mat for under my son's computer. My hubby is a big guy at 6'7" and I thought by coughing up close to $600 (more with the mat and tax) that I'd not only get a great chair but excellent customer service.
At 1st they showed that the chair was being "prepared to be shipped" I bought It for my hubby's birthday so I kind of needed it a timely manner and there was no indication that there would be a problem with that. After some time went by and the chair wasn't shipped. I checked on it and made an inquiry and only then was I told that they didn't have it in stock. They wanted a sub, a lesser quality chair to me and a garish red, white or blue. I was interested in none of those colors and it was an inferior chair for what I paid for. I should have canceled the purchase and fought the charge on my credit card but unfortunately for me they express shipped the mat to me in a timely manner, so I had the problem of having "half" of the order shipped to me but not the most $ & important
piece. The mat box was FILTHY dirty with shipping tape haphazardly taping up the broken box. These guys show VERY LITTLE care to the products they send out.
Customer service was nil and they semi apologized about not being proactive w- lame excuse of "busy times." Heck if you have over $700 to plunk down on a chair and mat, you are a very busy person too but I'd never dream of treating customers like this
They finally sent the right chair almost 6 MONTHS later. It's ok but not worth the $ IMO
The mat however, complete waste of $!! Small, easy to trip on. Oddly padded. Idt it will wear well or be easy to keep clean. Headed to a landfill prob in a yr max

We ordered a chair for our gaming room. The chair itself is okay, nothing exceptional. It’s not comfortable for long term sessions, lacks some movement flexibility and could use some adjustments in how the arms move with you while playing. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I have never dealt with a company that is so lackadaisical with communication and customer support. Even if the chair was the best gaming chair on the planet (which it is far from), we would not be ordering from them again.

Absolutely terrible chair, Their marketing team is good, but their product is not what they advertise. I purchased the flash XL and the build quality was awful. The pitch of the seat was bad and not adjustable. The arm rests where practically falling apart under the fancy magnet clip on top. The base was stamped steel with sharp edges. They claim its built for 550lbs. What a joke. 350lbs and you lean back your going over for sure. Return policy is horrid. Complete scam of a company

I was impressed with the fast delivery and the solid build of the chair I ordered from EwinRacing. It’s sturdy, stylish, and offers great lumbar support. Definitely worth the investment!
