Great company, great people and a great service.

Good service on the purchase and order confirmation but not so much detail on the delivery side, however that is a very small thing.
Product arrived in great condition is exactly as described

A pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service and top draw items.

Rapid, efficient

Would definitely recommend and buy from Exclusivehockey again. I was able to pre-order an item. It was being imported so 'when' I'd get the item depended largely on the shipping process in it landing in the UK. I was made fully aware of this and given expected times. Communication was excellent and prompt throughout my purchasing experience. The item (Balling hockey bag) is absolutely fantastic. 5*

Kept me informed throughout order delivery process. Great service!!

Great product, Great service... What else do you want?!?!

Ashleigh couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting with my order. Especially with organising freight to Australia. Much appreciated. Thanks for the service.

good customer service. had a slight issue with my order but this was quickly resolved very happy with them and will use again

A great hockey stick Christmas present for our granddaughter who’s studying for a sports degree at Uni.

Very fast and personal when responding to enquiries. Lovely to see non mainstream brands brought to the market place. Brilliant.

Can't fault then.

Quick turn around and delivery. Everything arrived as expected (with an added drinks coaster...!)

Have no complaints on the kit either. Good quality brands and merchandise. No complaints about the stick purchased, couple of stick bags, shin pads and glove all going strong and high quality gear.
