I bought some pens and they arrived as the date was specified to Mexico. The support team reach out immediately to request some information needed for the shipment due to country requirements and communication went smoothly. Products came all in good shape.
One opportunity is the packaging where the products came in, since it was in very bad state and thankfully non of the products got damage.
I would definitely purchase again through the website. Thank you!

Its rare I go through the effort of writing a review, but the service was so far above and beyond that i feel compelled to. I had spent a long time looking for the right pen and it was impossible to find a company that had it and that would reply in a timely fashion. Not only did ExclusivePen do that, but they were able to engrave it, work with me to send it to a gift recipient in a way that they didnt see the invoice and all of this done in next to no time. The package arrived so quickly, the quality of the engraving was brilliant and dealing with the company and Andrej was beyond a pleasure.

The professional, friendly and approachable nature of Andrej was the only reason this gift was delivered on time and exactly how I envisioned. My only regret is that i cant give more than 5 stars!

I was not informed at any point during the purchase process that I would be required to pay substantial import duties on the product. Had I been properly notified of these additional charges, I would have reconsidered my purchase decision. I respectfully request clarification regarding this matter.

I ordered the original Filofax, pocket size in black. It's gorgeous. It came in perfect condition, and it came a lot sooner than I thought. I thought it would be shipped and delivered in May, but I got in the beginning of February

Sent wrong razor in my Muhle set. Then I was charged an additional $38. from Customs (which was never mentioned in the website) I suggested an exchange for the correct razor, asking for a prepaid return label to avoid additional customs charges. They would not send the correct item to exchange or a return label. Now I am stuck with a DE razor that I can’t use. Will have to sell it on EBay and buy the correct razor from a US company that has it in stock. I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and they stopped responding to my request.

It took some time longer to arrive, but the protection and care on the shipment was really good. I really apreciate it. Thank you for doing your job so well. I really recomend your web.
