After getting off a 12 hour flight from Madagascar to Paris,we were collect at CDG and driven to the Midlands by Darren. 2 adults, 2 huge cases, 2 XXL dog crates and 2 tired and confused Labs. I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews. Darren was friendly, caring, experienced, reassuring and unflappable (when we found out our paperwork had not been done correctly and we needed a 80km, 2.5 hour detour to a French vet!). The car for the animals is paramount. Absolutely exceptional! We highly, highly recommend Execpets.

Myself, my husband and 2 dogs (1 large, 1 teeny tiny) travelled from Paris CDG airport to London with ExecPets. Daniel was our driver and he was fantastic from start to finish. We were kept up to date via WhatsApp well before our trip and Daniel was very helpful in providing us with the all the info and advice we needed. We traveled with 8 pieces of luggage (6 of them large), a large dog crate, and an assortment of bags, amazingly it all fit in the van! Daniel (and his sister who was accompanying him) were very friendly and the made the long journey go by quickly.
Daniel is unflappably calm and it was obvious he has lots of experience transporting animals, so we felt in safe hands. Daniel had water for the dogs, we stopped for pee breaks a couple times, which the dogs needed, and he even bought the dogs treats! So kind!
We had the most stress free journey. We literally sat back and Daniel got us home. I would definitely recommend ExecPets and would use them again! Thank you so much Daniel.

International moves can be a stressful experience. This is particularly true when they involve dogs. My driver made one small portion of relocating stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend the service.

Superb. All is well that ends well! Execpets transported my two Cats from Malaga to Brighton. Though there was a mechanical problem with the transporter; the Execpets team sent down another van with two drivers to expedite the delivery of my cats. I was very impressed with everyone at Execpets, its a great team that genuiinely care about not just the pets they transport but the neurotic owners such as myself :-) I can only give them a 10/10 and would use again and would. Darren, Daniel, Debbie and Nigel, all stellar!

From when I first booked ExecPets the service was fabulous, very quick response time to all my questions. Nigel and Debbie couldn’t have been nicer or more professional when they picked us up in Southampton and after our first drop off at the Cattery for our 3 cats and then to our accommodation . I would use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you for making this journey so stress free.

Darren recently transported my partner and I with our two dogs and two cats from Southern Spain to North West England. To have him organise all the logistics of such a long journey was extremely reassurring. The Mercedes Vito was exceptionally comfortable, spacious and well equiped for every eventuality. I sat upfront as I'm usually travelsick, however, surprisingly I wasn't even in the least bit iffy at any point. My partner and our two dogs very sat comfortably on the backseat. I should mention one of our dogs is a whopping 46 kilos and the other 17 kilos. Our cats were in their spacious carriers in the back section of the vehicle. Each section of the vehicle is carefully monitored for temperature and airconditioned perfectly throughout. Our rescue dogs (who can be difficult with strangers) very quickly warmed to Darren's patience and care with them and were soon the best of friends! Throughout the three day journey we relied on Darren's extensive knowledge of the route, rest stops, hotels and places to eat. He kept us informed of each step of the itinerary regularly to ensure we kept to the necessary deadlines. Additionally, his full support with the complicated administrative side of relocating the pets was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Darren also helped us with dog walking and carrying our cats to and fro to the hotel rooms each evening and morning. To have Darren do all the driving was absolutely invaluable to us as we are unused to driving such huge distances. We have no hessitation in thoroughly recommending using Exec Pets for a professional service to travel distances with your animals as we found Darren friendly, professional, knowledgeable, kind and totally reliable.

We were anxious at the prospect of bringing our super-nervous mongrel on the 10,000 mile journey from Hong Kong to England, via Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. We were fortunate, therefore to have Exec Pets driver, Daniel, to help us through the last stage of the journey. Daniel handled all aspects of the process with calm confidence. He dealt with the technicalities of French and British immigration, managing all the details efficiently. His driving was safe and reassuring on both French and British roads. He established a warm relationship with his human and canine charges throughout the journey.

I recently used ExecPets to transport my dog Oreo from Amsterdam to the pet office in France, then into the UK, and finally to my home. The experience was truly outstanding, and I have to give special thanks to our driver, Daniel.

Oreo is an anxious dog and can be reactive when put in an uncomfortable situation, so I was naturally nervous about how he’d handle such a long journey, especially after a 7 hour and 30 minute flight from the USA. But Daniel was absolutely amazing with him, he was calm, patient, and incredibly kind. To my surprise and relief, Oreo felt at ease around Daniel almost immediately, which is rare for him.

When I arrived at the airport, I got no help from the staff after they handed Oreo over to me in his massive crate, which had no wheels meaning I couldn’t just move him around the airport with ease. I was left to figure out on my own how to get everything out of baggage claim, which was really overwhelming. Because of this it took me a while to get things sorted and make my way to Daniel, but he was incredibly patient the whole time. As soon as we met, he took over managing the crate so I could just focus on Oreo and walk him through the airport to the van. It was such a relief to have someone step in so calmly and take charge.

When we got to the pet office, Oreo started getting upset because of the other dogs inside, he was clearly overwhelmed and anxious. Daniel could see he wasn’t coping well, and without hesitation, he handled everything that needed to be done inside so I could take Oreo outside to help him calm down. It made such a difference having someone so understanding and experienced in situations like that.

What really stood out was how thoughtful Daniel was toward both of us. Not only did he care for Oreo, but he also checked in with me several times throughout the trip to make sure I was comfortable and informed. That level of care made all the difference.

I’m a pretty anxious person, but Daniel made the whole trip feel so comfortable. We ended up having lots of great chats along the way, which really helped me relax.

I absolutely recommend ExecPets and Daniel if you're looking for a safe, professional, and truly compassionate pet transport service.

Daniel and John are a fantastic and dynamic duo, extremely thoughtful and effective with both animals and people.

We were very stressed when we arrived in Amsterdam and received little help from the airport staff. With 10 cases on 2 trollies and pushing our large German Shepherd in his travel crate, we managed to get into arrivals. From that moment onwards the burden of our journey was lifted from our shoulders by John and Daniel. They transported us with ease, made us feel completely comfortable, dealt with the challenges of the journey, held our hands through the Calais pet centre process, transported us to our home in UK and helped us up three flights of stairs with our baggage, even though we arrived very late just before midnight and they had a long journey home ahead of them. They truly went above and beyond.

Needless to say, without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Daniel and John to anyone. Their ability to read people and animals is excellent and we feel very fortunate to have been looked after by them.

The last time our family made an international move, we DIY'd it with three pets. Incredibly stressful.

This time, we booked with Exec Pets because we needed someone who could handle the administrative load in addition to the logistics. Exec Pets were fantastic. The team knew the ins and outs of border crossing paperwork, they were punctual, and they were prepared to move our pets safely.

It was a huge relief for us to have licensed professionals -- with a properly kitted-out vehicle -- help us with this move. Highly recommended.

We travelled from southern Spain to Devon UK over 3 days with Darren and his partner Victoria. The trip was very hard but Darren and Victoria made it enjoyable, they were always pleasant, considerate and ensured our dog was ok. We had two overnight stops on our journey to Calais and enjoyed refreshments in the hotel restaurants. The vehicle was very comfortable well kitted out and Darren was an excellent driver and new the routes well. Comfort stops occured on a regular basis and Darren's knowledge and experience made this easy.
Darren is very knowledgeable with regards to what is required and procedures, he also accompanied us with our dog to the customs building to ensure there were no issues with our documentation for travelling to the UK. Exec Pets is a great service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who requires to move there pet around Europe or back to the UK.

Darren and Victoria took great care of our three dogs going from the UK to Spain, two of which are quite elderly and required a lot of extra attention. Nothing was too much and they kept us up to date at all times. The dogs arrived happy and relaxed. Thank you.

Right from the get go Rainier made sure our move to England from Liechtenstein was as easy as possible. He was very communicative and helpful and made sure we had the correct forms prepared. Friendly and professional, the van was very clean and he made sure to make sure we were comfortable the whole drive. I can't recommend him enough.

Dan and John were absolutely terrific! Brought my pets over from the US to the UK and I could not have asked for a better roadtrip. They treated my Germans shepherd like their own and we had such a fun time traveling together!

Used Exec Pets for the last leg of a 2 week odyssey from Texas to Norfolk and we could not recommend more highly. Daniel and Becky were terrific!!
