Lovely product, very pleased with the quality and comfort of the seats. Some of the fixings were missing but these were posted shortly after so after a short delay I was able to fit them! Will be a returning customer as and when I need to freshen up my Series.

dispatching process of hood to The Netherlands lasted very long due to Covid but the communication with Exmoor was good and efficient

Really PLeased with my Williams Steering wheel! Fantastic Product!

I brought the seat retrieve kit. In black. The instructions were OK. But I followed the video on YouTube.
But when it came tying the seat base srings up the snapped. They seem to be made of paper. And really not up to the job. I would have expected a nylon cord or something better. For what these retail kits cost.

In the end i had to get a Refund , terrible experience - very poor communication ignored messages on the phone and email . huge confusion about what was happening with my order .. over 10 attempts to communicate , in the end had to try different departments to talk to some one and organise refund .
I cannot comment on product quality as never received . but if i had and there was an issue it would have been hell ..
Hopefully they will receive this and sort out , from other customers i have heard good things .. and they are a good company .. J

good product. delay to shipping due to covid19 which delayed production...but poor communication from exmoor in the 6-8 weeks from payment/ ordering.
