Horrendous! cost a fortune and they left out so many details about fitment on a TDCI puma defender as all their guides are about TD5 seats. I am left with re-foamed seats that are worse looking... もっず芋る

Poor customer service

I bought a steering wheel from Exmoor in April and a week or two after buying I got my first communication from them saying it won't be delivered until late July. I appreciate it's difficult times with COVID but I think this should be clear when purchasing and also in my opinion they should offer some compensation (e.g. 10% off or a free gift type thing) due to the delay but was offered nothing.

I've heard bad reports before and that combined with this makes me feel that I wouldn't rush back which is a shame as they have very cool products

It was very complicated to get the answer about which of the products fit in to my car. Than I am still waiting for my order for already to long time of two month. And yes, I ordered it bevor covid19.
