What made my experience good was the person, they assigned me too. I have enjoyed working with her. She is helpful, funny and honest. She keeps me moving forward. Sometimes I run a paragraph by her and she adds or changes a few words. The company also had a sales person doing cold calling and he was nice and continued to follow up with me and then turned me over to Emma. I wasn't in a rush but we kept a steady pace over a month and a half and now the manuscript is ready to be published. They worked on my books jacket and it turned out nice and I will add another comment as soon as it is published and in my hands.

Keeps calling my grandmother trying to scam her into writing a book.

I got a call from them. They did not even know my name. Fake Trustpilot review so we know they are lying about that. There is a Reddit post warning people too.
