I also paid for rush service passport renewal (8-10 business days) 45 days ago.. I was given the same excuse about the State Department issues. They are not answering phones or returning e-mails so they are obviously blocking my number or ignoring my e-mail request. I have a 15,000.00 dollar cruise that requires a passport. If you are reading this, I will be following up on my post as well. I promise this company will NOT get away with this scam. You will probably see them take down the Pilot Trust site on the company site. I refuse to take this post down until my issues are resolved. Stay tuned..

March 28th Update- I got my OLD passport AND my original application that I submitted returned in the mail. My application with my personal information has SOMEBODY ELSE'S photo stapled to MY application. Check your passports people, you might have my photo on your passport!

I think the State needs to hear about this?

I wouldn't even rate this at 1 star. The worst service ever. Passport Express in combination with Passport Nation have failed to deliver as promised. I paid for the express service and after 5 days of waiting I received my original application with my old passport unopened. The explanation was that the State Department could not get to it because they were overwhelmed. Here's a question for Passport Express. If you knew this was a possibility why don't you warn people. I was depending on this passport to be delivered on time. Now I may lose my job because you failed to deliver as promised. HORRIBLE!

Paid for rush service passport renewal (8-10 business days) and over one month has gone by with no passport. Expresspassport.com is telling me that the State Department doesn't have enough employees so delay is their fault. In the meantime, I can't cross the border to my vacation property in Mexico and several calls to expresspassport.com have resulted in no estimated delivery date and no passport. This is very frustrating. I will call again on Monday and will update this review when I get additional information and/or progress.

I AM 82 AND I WOULD TELL EVERYONE TO READ THE INSTRUCTION VERY WELL..I SCEWED UP BECAUSE I FAILED TO READ THE FINE PRINT AND IT CAUSED DELAY IN GETTING MY PASSPORT..IF I HAD NOT HAD JACOB TO HELP ME I WOULD STILL BE WAITING FOR MY PASSPORT..HE WAS GREAT!!

Got my passport fast!

Jacob delivered my passport renewal 3 days EARLIER than his estimate! It is stressful enough when you realize your own procrastination has put you in a bind... knowing that Express Passport was willing and able to work quickly and reliably was a huge relief. I have already shared my recommendation to family and friends. Miracle workers!

I needed my passport quick for a last minute vacation opportunity that came up and Express Passport got the job done. Answered all my questions quickly and got me my passport in time!

Happened to note that 2 1/2 weeks before my trip that my passport had expired over the summer. Faced with the 150 mile trip to Detroit or Chicago for expedited service --- accompanied by the time and aggravation involved, not to mention losing a day of work --- I found Express Passport. The people available through the toll-free number were able to help me with any questions I had in the process, and were very knowledgeable about the latest restrictions on passport processing (including the recent ban on eyeglasses in passport photos). I paid a bit extra for expedited shipping, and had my new passport EIGHT DAYS AFTER I CONTACTED EXPRESS PASSPORT on line, a full week before my trip.

When considering the standard rate for wear and tear on my car (@ $0.55/mi), the value of my time, and the value of not missing a day of work, even with expedited service, Express Passport turned out to be less expensive than renewing in person at a passport office, and FAR less aggravating.

Everyone I spoke with was so accommodating, helpful, and made every effort to get my needs met. Thankful to say that our passports are set to arrive with 1 day to spare before our honeymoon!! Excellent all around....

Did everything they said they would do BEFORE they said they would do it.

Express Passport made getting my passport extremely easy with all of the details laid out for me and a checklist to follow so I could ensure prompt receipt. They sent me everything I needed and I was amazed how quickly I received my new passport. I was expecting it to come the week before my trip (which was 4 weeks out) and after I sent them my paperwork I got my new one within a week. No lines, no hassle. Very satisfied here!

I was exceptionally pleased with John Krebs and his continued communication with me right up to my receiving my passport. The trouble started when I didn't receive my birth certificate with my passport. I placed a call and was told it would take 1 to 2 months. So...I waited. I made all the appropriate calls and was constantly referred to Express Passport and the passport agency. Jacob, the self proclaimed owner literally told me he didn't care. He accused me of lying--that I had lost my own birth certificate but his company was responsible and I never had it returned. He yelled at me, he talked over me. He has no business running this company, let alone answering a phone. I am extremely dissatisfied with this portion of my experience with Express Passport.
