Austin is terrible, didn't even notify us our dog had vision issues after numerous tests, isn't that the whole point of an eye vet? To find out how your dogs vision is effected. Definitely would not recommend. By the time we noticed, the damage was irreversible. He didn't do the right test to monitor and track our dogs eyes either. Accounts team isn't great either.

Amazing care provided to my French Bulldog who suffered a corneal ulcer.
Luna required emergency surgery and the practice could not be more helpful.
We were naturally very anxious and upset when advised about the condition of Luna’s eye, after only having recently had surgery to try to resolve the issue following poor response to eye drop antibiotics.
Luna had a corneal graft completed and her eye looks amazing!
Considering that Luna was at risk of loosing her eye and now looks brand new again we could not be more than grateful!
Would highly recommend this service! :)

Keep away from this vets all about profit spoke to my insurance while in the surgery to get a figure of how much insurance I had then after they gave me my final bill and I paid 15 months later they billed me £814.00,on top of already paying nearly 3k there error receptionist gave me the amount to pay and my insurance advised me they sent there bill in December after the surgery was completed in April. I am now going to court over this keep away.

Having been very quickly referred to Eye Vet back in June , all I can say is how amazing this place have been .
Our little frenchie was very close to loosing his eye , Laurence & Emma have gone above and beyond with giving me advice and treating Dukes eye . It’s been a very long process and we are not out the woods yet . But they have been so supportive and really helped me along the way . They have been so professional and caring and really explain everything down to the last detail .
Darren is absolutely amazing and always greets me with a big and smile and warm hello .
Again , he goes above and beyond with everyone who walks through the door . It’s such a refreshing change .
Very kind and considerate.
I can’t thank them enough for how they’ve helped me and Duke .

I was very nervous for our consultation at the eye specialist natural. The moment I walked in the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and I was greeted with a lovely smile, the nurses and the specialist we saw was fantastic explained everything to me and made myself and my dog feel so at ease and was even able to perform the procedure on the same day! Thank you so much for showing such genuine care and helping us so much!

If you care at all about your pet, I highly advise you do not use this veterinary practice for eye referrals.
All about making profit. Vets such as Austin, who pretends to care but then speak to you like dirt when any issues arise. But worst of all is Sarah the condescending practice manager who takes months to respond to any queries and then quickly dismisses all your legitimate concerns.

Well I’m absolutely disgusted with my latest experience
Ordered 2 written prescriptions 2 x pieces of A4 paper, bare in mind these have already been billed to my insurance company
Received a text to make payment! What payment I was told postage as they are not allowed to email them ! Strange I was told the postage would cost me £8.40 which I immediately challenged, I was told this was the cost and it would be signed or recorded
Well today they arrived and the cost on the letter was £2.40. I rang and this was referred to the practice manager on receiving the explanation I was told this was for overheads !!! I have asked for a written list of these overheads what do they mean folding the letter and putting in the envelope
What an absolute disgrace
I have been refunded my outstanding postage fee so what does this tell you
If they do this to 10 customers who are more than likely sad and vulnerable regarding their pets health they make a pretty sum on the side
I will be taking this further as this is not acceptable behavior or good practice
Be aware of this when ordering prescriptions via post
I have lost a lot of faith in this practice now

Sent a letter of complaint regarding my experience and it wasn't even acknowledged. They didn't even have the courtesy to look into it.

these vets KILLED my 6 month old puppy! they told us to turn up for cherry eye procedure and when we turned up they didnt have us in their schedule! they told us to leave our puppy with them in case they find time for him (i should have known better than to leave him there!). they had my dog for 3 hours to check his blood and assess if he was fit for the surgery but didn't bother. all they cared about was the money! my dog threw up after pre meds but they carried on, then after anesthetic he died before the surgery even started!!! apparently he had pneumonia (result from post mortem) and blood test would have indicated that there was an infection (white cell level) but they did none of that! im now getting VCMS involved and im also seeking legal advice to take them to court. i thought they were professionals and would have shown more care to an english bulldog but they rushed through the surgery and were also one vet short on the day. they still charged over 1.2k for the surgery they didnt do and in fact for killing my dog!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! you may never see your dog again!
