Installation of Thermostatic Valves
Not being local, I called several Plumbing / Gas Services Companies asking them to visit my property to advice on the replacement of standard radiator valves for thermostatic temperature control valves.
Result one no show and two quotes without a visit.
Scott however, visited at an agreed time and date, listened to my requirements, and worked out a solution, and quoted a very competitive price. I agreed to the price and a date was set.

Following week
Scott and a team member arrived on time, and work commenced. The valves were replaced promptly, with no mess. The heating system was filled and additives were added, system balanced and tested.
Scott and his colleague then waited about half an hour and retested to ensure no leaks.

Other points
Both Scott and his colleague removed outdoor shoes on arrival
Items moved to do the work replaced
No mess and all redundant items removed
And the final price was LOWER than the price quoted.
Will I use East Yorkshire Gas Services, well I have already arranged a boiler service and gas safety test, date to be sorted

EYGS installed a new boiler for me, and revisited to solve circulation problem in my bathroom. Efficient, tidy and polite service from Scott and team. The price was competitive too.

Also, EYGS are very competitive in terms of price and have always talked me through the range of options available. Furthermore, having any 'tradesman' in your own home can bring issues. As such, EYGS employees can be trusted implicitly at all times. Finally, I will never have the need to seek specialist help anywhere else or with any other company. I will continue to use EYGS and to recommend them; our home has never been warmer, our water never hotter and, as a family, we are very satisfied and happy with Scott & EYGS - they are true to their word. As such, I recommend EYGS without any reservation whatsoever.
