Had a great experience in the Carlow store today. George who was helping me was very kind. He gave me a list of all the product sizes etc and I got a beautiful armchair. I still have more items to get but l will be sure to ask George for his help on my next visit.

Kayleigh had helped me pretty much all day with a million questions I had about ordering a couch. I've just been stung buying online with another company so I was a bit apprehensive. She answered all my questions about the sofa, delivery, price and was so patient with me. Very friendly and helpful, great communication and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I came back to her later this afternoon as I wanted to order through her specifically as she was so helpful. So nice to have such a great experience when ordering online. Just cant wait for the sofa to arrive now :) Thanks so much Kayleigh - I hope your manager gives you a raise!!

Niamh was exceptional in her attention to detail in the carlow branch while taking our order. From her in depth knowledge of colours, to piping, to advice on aesthetic fabrics and mixing and matching colours. Our second time buying from the company with no hesitations doing so again. Had a great shopping experience today…
Had a great shopping experience today in the Carlow store. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, yet gave us space to browse without feeling rushed.
Kayleigh was absolutely amazing – friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She had some fantastic ideas and really listened to what we were looking for. Her helpful approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
